Greenwood Chatswood East

Wonderful, interactive and full of learning. So much activity, craft and fun play for all the children, day in day out. Best feature is the staff, they are incredibly caring and supportive for individual needs. They have lots of family activities during the year but not too many to handle. Communication, parking and checkin in/out is fast, easy and reliable. We started in May 2023 and couldn’t be happier with every aspect of the centre. Highly recommend.

We are lucky to find this childcare facility which is closed to work, provides excellent services, programs, updates and tours. All educators are friendly and well-trained. Our son has managed to settle down pretty quickly.

The educators are fantastic, caring and supportive. Angela, the manager, is always available and accommodating. The premises are really nice too.
But for me, the most important is the team of educators and teachers. They are wonderful in Greenwood Chatswood East.

My son started Greenwood when he was 3 and now almost 5 he has grown and developed in many different areas thanks to all the lovely educator that have taught him and also very caring and nurturing. I wouldn’t send my son anywhere else , I love they way the educator support my son and his needs and Angela the centre manager always for being on top of everything and can trust to get response very quickly and provides the best quality care for all children and their families. I’m am very happy when I pick up my son and hear all the fun things he has done the educators are all very lovely. I also love the way food is cooked and provided for the children very healthy and yummy I like to thank Greenwood for showing the best care for my son much appreciate

Above and beyond by all carers! The team and manager, Angela, are absolutely excellent. Our 2 little ones have been here for 5 months and love getting in the car to go there every morning and don’t want to leave at pick up! Real caring and nurturing environment with a great preschool syllabus.

What stood out today was that our preschooler lost her teddy at pickup. All carers stayed back to look for teddy and then Angela called me to say that she would make sure we got him back. She stayed back late into the night using her own time and with the help of her own little daughter, they delivered our beloved teddy direct to our home late tonight! What can I say- a true show of devotion and care to all the families and children of their centre.

Our 3 boys are going to Greenwood Chatswood East since they were 8 months old. Now our older son is 4.5 yrs and our twin boys are 2. We love everything about Chatswood east Centre(mainly Staff, location, food and the price). Centre manager(Angela) is amazing and always approachable. The educators are like family to us. Our Kids love going there, drop off is so easy, no crying and no dramas. That’s the best indicator for us that they love going there. We actually tried a different preschool this year for our older son, but realised that he gets better preparation for school at Greenwood CE than that preschool. So he returned to Greenwood CE. The lovely chef Sehee cooks fresh healthy food everyday which our kids love eating. We would 100% recommend Greenwood Chatswood East to anyone we know.

All educators and the staffs were just amazing. The love, care and dedication they put to our child to shape and thrive are so overwhelming. Much appreciation and really grateful for the guidance and patience provide. Thank you all!

My son has been attending Greenwood Chatswood East for 2 yrs and I cannot be more happy with their service, educators and their premises. There are good outdoor areas for children to play and my soon is very engaged with all the activities and learning exercises. Overall it has been an excellent place.

My little one absolutely loves it at Greenwood chatswood east! Great educators who clearly love the kids, brand new equipment and toys and lots of fun and educational activities. Good communication with us parents too. They also use an app so you can see what your little one is up to, what they've eaten, how long they've slept etc. And there's always a couple of cute photos/videos posted on the app as well! Centre opens early enough for us shift workers to drop her off and start our shift at 7am, hardly any childcare opens that early! So glad we found this place!!

I have two sons at Greenwood Chatswood East (4 and 20 months). All of the staff are wonderful, always smiling, and provide amazing care and education to our boys who both really love going there. Both boys have flourished since they started at the centre. The extended opening hours make the work life juggle easier and we are always grateful for the regular updates and photos on the app and communication is excellent. AMAZING!
We had a terrible experience at another centre for almost a year, but thank goodness we found Greenwood Chatswood East!

Whilst they are part of G8 and the service from head office can be a hit and miss, Angela the centre manager is extremely hands on. Speedy reply to emails, or I can call any time and trust her to be available.

Not just that, the educators in the preschool room are lovely. All educators speak fluent English with the additional talent of speaking at least one extra language. It's an incredibly multicultural environment with seasonal/festive menus made by the in-house chef, Sehee. No frozen meals. Everything's cooked on the day! Even Sehee loves children so much that she would spend time with my child encouraging him to eat, talk to me about him and made special cupcakes to celebrate his birthday. I'm so impressed.

The educational programs are creative and cover not only language development, motor skills, art and other common areas, the educators also teach children about disability, science, multiculturalism, emotional regulation, discipline, etc. Lots of fun activities, different everyday (I'm amazed by how many creative ideas they come up with)!

My child feels so safe that he naps almost every day (something that didn't happen at the other centre). He also loves the cute toilet seats, rainbow playground, cubby house and library. E.g. this morning I said I would pick him up early and he replied, 'No, I want to stay at school for a long time.'

Angela and the staff are always helpful and calm despite covid challenges, and they genuinely work with families to keep the children's best interest at the forefront. They're understanding, responsive, agile. The rooms are also decorated with the children's names. They even printed photos - something I didn't expect because at our previous centre I had to print everything for them in order for a photo of my child to be in the room. Angela and her team do everything for us, it's like walking into a 5 star hotel where they welcome you with your name on the TV, custom gifts on the bed, and you feel at home right away.

I wish I found Greenwood earlier!

I have my both children 2.5y and 6months attending Greenwood daycare, they absolutely love it, happy faces at drop off and pick up, fast learning development and very detailed app with second life updates!! Highly Recommended!!

My daughter has been going there for 3.5 years. Couldn’t recommend this place more. All the educator are amazing and care so much.

I do not want to give 5 star to this center as I do not want this hidden gem be found by others ! Extremely happy with their service and caring. Our son is attending this center for a year now and receives all attention and service that we expect from a good childcare centre and even more

A Wonderful place , My two boys go through Greenwood we never looked back and we so thankful to them, teachers are genuinely wonderful people and caring kids always happy loves their teachers ,made good friends 🙌🏻 Thank you to all Greenwood’s family .
