Early Bird Cafe and Kitchen

Sadly we only tried this little gem 2 days before moving from the area - we’ve literally been a 10 min stroll away for the past 5 years. Came here for breakfast (pancakes and corn fritters, both were delicious) and came back the same Sydney for the Thai dinner.

The Thai was authentic and flavourful! A nice bonus that they serve up sticky rice (not many Thai places offer on their menu). Although we’ll be moving a bit further away for now, we’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Really enjoyed the panakes. Sufficiently fluffy with a light crispy outside.
Want to try the French toast next.

This cafe never fails to impress! Awesome breakfast menu, the cheese avocado toast is my personal favourite and delicious Thai food for lunch. Love the chicken yellow curry.

This place is a hidden gem and the prices are great value considering the size of the meals and the location.

Cozy little cafe with great breakfast options and sandwiches, a short but tasty selection of Thai food and really friendly service. Prices are reasonable and the kids loved it too. Two thumbs up!

The cafe becomes a Thai restaurant at night. The duck curry was delicious, so too was the waffle desert (odd to have waffles as a desert option for a Thai restaurant but it was very nice). I am pretty sure we will be back.

I ordered their flat white, took a sip and instantly said "it hits the spot." Was amused to eventually notice their sign (see photo) that says exactly that. Such a balanced flat white. Milk was steamed perfectly.

We very much enjoyed their veggie stack and pulled pork burger. Even the side chips were so well done! Perfect eggs as well.

As for the atmosphere and service — this cafe feels like home. Glad to have found this gem. Will definitely frequent this place.

What a wonderful venue! Our family had such a great experience here. The venue is lovely and the staff are friendly and attentive. Lots of good options on the menu, it was very quick to arrive, and looked and tasted great - even the young kids raved about how good the food was, which is enough credit in itself! Would easily come back again, it was wonderful!

Such a great place, and such lovely people. Been for breakfast numerous times and got dinner a few times too, and never disappointed. We take our 18month old with us for breakfast, and everyone is so engaging with him - gives us a bit more time to eat our breakfast!

Hands down the best Thai in the inner west. My husband and I have been eating here for the last year, we discovered this place through uber eats but prefer ordering directly through the owner, they home deliver.
The food is not so traditional, and consistently Wow and the flavours are mouth watering.
The garlic rice, net spring rolls, crispy lime chicken, papaya salad, salt and pepper calamari. Massaman curry are some of our faves.
We try different places when we eat out but nothing measures up.

Came across this wonderful place this morning after visiting the Vet as it is just at the corner of the street. Initially stayed outside as we have a puppy (in a carrier). However, the weather today was chilly so we requested if we could sit inside, just right next to the entrance. I wasn’t really expecting to be welcomed in but the owner accommodated us right away. Really appreciated this!

The ambiance is relaxing, I love all the potted plants around. It’s neat, tidy, and there’s some light music. 🪴🪴

Ordered Avo Salmon and Hot Chocolate for myself and my aunt had a Veggie Brekkie with Flat White. Everything came on time, served hot, and scrumptious! The owner was really nice and he mentioned that the place turns into a Thai restaurant from Lunch. I will definitely be bringing my friends here and try the mango sticky rice 😋

I go in every Sunday for my bacon and egg roll. Delicious, tasty and filling! Staff are friendly and welcoming. I'll get there one day for dinner

Lovely experience, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the eggs Florentine and partner had the scrambled eggs. Both were delicious. Will be coming back again

Always drove by on my way to work and finally got to try it out and wow such a cosy and nice cafe to come enjoy a good breakfast and coffee! Their Thai food is excellent too - I’m hooked on the Khao-Soi, perfect for a cold winters day!!

Always amazing food and coffee. Family business with a great vibe. Thai food by night and all day brekky. Great low carb options. Our favorite local cafe.
