We have just purchased a property via Andrew at Lang Realty in Coomera on the Gold Coast and we could not be happier or more impressed with the service.

We came to Andrew as Sydney buyers looking to invest in the local property market. We had some disappointment with other Gold Coast agents, which is especially problematic when you are an interstate buyer and relying on your agent ‘on the ground’.

Andrew was brilliant - he was transparent, honest and communicative all the way through and found us the EXACT style of property we were looking for, and within budget. He kept us informed all the way through from initial viewing, offer to settlement. He liaised with our Solicitor keeping things moving and chasing things up for us - he even supervised the building and pest inspection for us whilst we were stuck in Sydney. The buying process is different in Queensland to NSW, so we really appreciated his knowledge helping us avoid the pitfalls.
