Chargrill Charlie's Frenchs Forest

Today was the best day of my life. I walked into Chargrill Charlie’s Forest Way Shopping Centre, Frenchs Forest, Warringah Council, Northern Beaches, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, Oceania, Earth, Milky Way, Galaxy, Universe with high hopes and a stride in my step, shaking in my boots, lips quivering (all 4). My watering mouth was yearning for the familiar taste of Charlie’s chicken. On Monday my Samsung Galaxy S3 beeped sending a stimulating shockwave and vibration throughout my hippocampus. Upon reading the notification I exhaled softly and passionately
when I learnt that out of the goodness of his heart (and a mere $50) Charlie was generously offering a plushie (more merch to add to my evergrowing Charlie collection… one day maybe I’ll have Charlie Himself!).
I washed my hands for 20 seconds (as per the COVID-19 safety standards that I still adhere to in this present day), picked up my phone and placed a large and frivolous order on the Chargrill Charlie’s app on my Samsung Galaxy S3 with my left conjoined index finger and right thumb. I arrived promptly into the FINE establishment and observed the generous, empathetic, determined, considerate, selfless, headstrong, tender employees hard at work in their fine establishment, mastering their craft - the experts in the trade!
My number was called and I jumped up onto my feet and the employee gracefully handed me my meaty delight packaged delicately with Charlie’s tender loving care.
The chips fit like a glove in my colossal mouth. The burger… where to start? Perhaps with the sauce - warm and thick, opaque, salty and creamy with a jelly-like texture that squirted into back of my throat, plucking my uvula and sending shivers down my scoliosis-ridden vertebrae. The fresh, organic vegetables enveloped in a steaming hot sesame-seed coated white bun. The succulent breast of the Charlie chicken exploded in my cleft palate and the tenderness felt rather pleasant against my porcelain fillings and cavity-ridden canines, if I do say so myself.
At last I unsheathed my Charlie toy from His packaging that was holding Him captive. I showered Him with love and affection like He was one of my own blood.
In conclusion, once again, I had the most magical, euphoric, ethereal and above all memorable experience in yet another fine Charlie establishment. Thank you Charlie - I will be counting on you to keep my small intestines warm and snug during the cold Winter season ahead! Namaste.

I ordered their catering package online for an evening team meeting the next day.
Easy, quick and effective, these Legends kept my order warm until I arrive (a bit late) to pick it up and they even helped me load it in my car!! The food was great and tasted fresh!

Mmmm Chargrill Charlie’s French’s Forest. The restaurant is very clean and modern looking. Food is relatively pricy although is well worth it as you would go here for quality chicken / etc. Double Thickshakes are possibly the thickest i’ve ever had, so thick you can not drink it through the straw! Very tasty and presented nicely. The restaurant has an overall aesthetic and trendy vibe. Would definitely revisit, food was superb.

Chargrill Charlies is THE BEST! We love the food and the service. I have never had a bad meal from these guys and the service has always been amazing. It is our Thursday night tradition now to get food from Chargrills and we look forward to it every week. You MUST try their sweet potato fries and schnitzel if you have not already!

Great variety of food options, multiple different styles, quick and friendly service. Plenty of seating space and free condiments available. Recommended if you are after a quick chicken or salad meal.

If you want load yourself up this is the right place, delicious food, very welcome and lovely staff and on top of that a good price. I’ll definitely come back, totally recommended.

I must say that the burgers and sweet potato wedges were the best that my wife and have had for ages.

Made the decision to order ahead and pickup rather than Uber Eats and that was a great decision.

The service was impeccable, ready before the estimated time, food hot, fresh along with smiles (even with masks you can tell a smile)

I don't eat much here, but my mate almost has every dinner from here. The salads are awesome and I especially love the chicken and lemongrass one which is the perfect combo of salty, sweet, sour and delicious chicken.
Workers are nice, they have a sink to wash your hands so if I ever ate there could wash them after ripping apart a chicken and eating it with my bare hands like the savage I am.

I have been working at Forest Way shopping centre over a year now. I am so happy that there is finally a place that I can get a good healthy meal! My first time ordering from here. The sound of the name I thought it was another KFC style thing opening but nope !! Lots of food choices. From roast dinners to salads for all kinds of diets. If you are vegan, paleo, keto.. there is something here for everyone ! The service was quick. I had a cauliflower salad and it was so tasty ! Would highly recommend if you are looking for something to eat on the go.

I would also like to add that instead of using the environmental friendly plastic bags.. paper bags would be a lot better !

Another great addition to the franchise, if your not familiar make sure you grab a ticket from the counter and wait till your numbers served! Have a look at the menu and browse the counter so you know what's on offer. Once you get the hang of it it's so great and makes more sense. If you found this useful please like.

Delicious salad choices, huge original variety. Lovely vegetables salads slso. Juicy delightful chicken. Fresh cream scrumptious apple crumble desert. Huge pies, plus small ones too. Super friendly, kind, helpful staff. Great fresh, clean, open, high roof, lots of space, wheelchair friendly eating area. Inside and outside eating. Tables and high stools at bench by the window. Excellent parking. Toilets in Forestway centre. Thank you for great service.

Great old school chicken shop with a lot more to choose from than just chicken. Lunch and dinner options covered from salads, burgers, roast vegetables, and of course many chicken options including Portuguese. Dine in or take away with easy parking at rear of Forestway shops.

This is my favourite place for a wholesome meal, chicken and chips, but not only that, the burgers are out of this world, the salads ever so fresh and tastes great. Casaroles, roasts, oven bakes, I just can't get enough.
