Very nice hotel. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.

I got a discounted rate so can't comment on the normal rates.

Very clean and modern room with everything I needed except the complimentary tea and coffee that's in every other hotel. I'm sure they would've provided some if I asked, but I didn't bother.

The king bed was so big I could hardly see the other side. And the room was plenty big enough to fit it.

As you'd expect from a classy hotel, there was also good information in the room about the local area, if you were a tourist.

I didn't try the room service nor have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

I got a corner room with a balcony as an upgrade, which was a great bonus. There wasn't much of a view from the balcony, but it was very spacious, with a table and chairs. It would've been a great way to get some air if my stay was longer.

Very convenient location in central Sydney. Near everything you could need.

I'd love to stay here again.

Had an amazing 2 stays here. Naomi at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and friendly, she really amplified the already great service. Loved the fish floor at reception, the heated pool and spa! The beds were so comfortable, windows blocked out any outside noise and black out curtains meant a good rest every night. Thank you products were great quality. Will definitely be back, location is excellent too.

Absolutely outstanding service - right from check in (Sophia) to the room being immaculate and looked to be recently renovated with a great modern feel/theme. To then the dinning experience at dinner (the downstairs restaurants for breakfast and dinner are incredible!!). A big thank you to the food and beverage manager Jasper for being super positive and providing us with the delicious gluten free burgers that were insanely amazing. Travelling for a family holiday and will be back 💯 for our Sydney trips which we try and do twice a year or so. Thank you 🙏 Jonathan

Stayed here a couple of nights while on vacation with my family.
Money was well spent.
Arrived and rooms were absolutely impeccable. House keeping staff went above and beyond and attended to our requests.
Kids enjoyed their stay here and made use of the pool. Very convenient that there is a gym here as well. Food was amazing at the restaurant. Could not find any faults. Would definitely be staying here on our next trip to Sydney.

The customer service was delightful. They were all helpful from the front desk to house keeping. The rooms are very spacious it fit us 4 very nicely and they are all very well kept and clean. The beds were really comfortable. The pool was nice my girls especially loved it every chance they got. All in all food , rooms and customer service were all amazing.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of July. It was a rush booking and I was able to get a great room for a reasonable price. Staff were amazing, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room beautiful. Room service was absolutely fantastic. I especially liked the eco friendly bathroom products. Highly recommend this hotel.

From the lobby, to the rooms, the staff, the food and overall room cleanliness, all of it was superb. The staff was very helpful with any questions or requests we had whether it was to housekeeping all the way to the front desk folks, It made our stay that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend. What an experience! You walk through the front doors to an oversized fish tank in the lobby floor, smiling faces across the reception team and that feeling of ‘I’m home’! Buffet breakfast was exceptional and the brewery is fantastic. Only negative is that I stayed 1 night and not longer. I look forward to coming back next trip to Sydney!!!

This place was brilliant, only a 15-20 walk to Darling Harbour or there is a train station across the road. 7/11 on the corner for all your snacking needs,

Our flight home was at 6pm so they let us stay in the room till 1pm which really helped us. Breakfast was amazing and the facilities were great!

Only thing we noticed was that the room got quite dusty and that the elevators were slow at times. Air con unit was also loud, but honestly for us it was like white noice so we slept really well with it

Beds were next level comfortable! Would stay here again, staff were also very attentive and lovely to talk too

Absolutely fantastic, could not fault it!
I did an exhaustive amount of research leading up to our one night stay, and am so glad I did, as our stay was perfect.
The location was excellent, an easy walk everywhere, the cleanliness was top notch, service and facilities absolutely fantastic, truly couldn't fault our stay.
The rooms felt really spacious (we had 2 x single beds) , and a sitting area, a lovely personal touch having my name of the TV screen upon arrival 😀, there were movies in the cinema available to us, and the breakfast! Now let's talk about the breakfast, spectacular! And free! Everything was delicious, I could've kept eating and eating! 😋 The fresh juice were amazing, all the hot dishes, pancakes, it just goes on and on. Will most definitely recommend this hotel, and hopefully stay again soon in the near future 😀

The location is very close to the central station, making it easy to commute.

I've had many pleasant stays at Rydges Central. Cleanliness of rooms are always squeaky clean! Very important due to severe eczema.
Housekeeping staff were delightful and eager to help! Truly go above and beyond ! Thank you! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Had a great stay with the family. Good value. Nice modern hotel with nice rooms. Bed was amazing. Staff were all lovely and very quick service! Booking was very easy to the girl was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and loved the pool! Our baby loved the fish tank in the reception also. Parking was also a good set up and location was great. I dare say I’ll be back!

Quiet, comfortable room. Basic, but I really appreciated the comfortable couch! Good water pressure in the shower. Great location, very easy to walk to and from, great access to Chinatown, Darling Harbour, the station.

Buffet breakfast was delicious and fresh, loads of great choices.

Stayed here for the 1st time and i loved it, the room was so cleaned.,and the housekeeping are kinda friendly,respectful ,they has responsibilities .

I loved my time at this hotel! The people who work there were really nice and ready to help. The room was tidy and comfy. The hotel is in a great spot, close to fun stuff and good food. I'd tell my friends to stay here, and I can't wait to come back!

A great hotel close to Central Station. The staffs are so attentive and ready to help. The room smells great, beds are so comfy and soft. Overall we had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here.

The cheapest hotel with a clean, comfortable room,. And the team from the housekeeping is very polite. Spending money for staycation in this hotel is worth it.

Great place in a really well-connected area. Spacious rooms. 24 hours room service. Plus, there are a lot of great places around the hotel all types of food.
