Well situated at the too of the Blue Mountains close to amenities in Blackheath. Comfortable, clean and well appointed rooms.

Fantastic for the price. An older building but well maintained. Clean, comfortable, and everything I needed. Renovated bathroom was a nice plus, fast friendly check in and easy key drop for fast checkout.

Just spent a week here whilst working nearby. A lovely young family working so hard to make everything just right for their guests. Light and airy room, yet very cosy and warm, very well insulated building. Renovated bathroom, very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Clean room, very nice and accessible, checking in and out were fast and easy. Very nice staff, great for climbers who don't want to sleep in the cold haha. Also cheep but better than expected. bathroom is very nice aswell. Cute dog at reception.

Have stayed here for a few weeks, several times for work. I always choose to book this place because the family managing the hotel are always cheerful and very helpful.

I remember requesting for a different chair for the desk in my room to use for work just once and they've always made sure to have the chair ready for my room for my subsequent bookings (even months after). Really speaks to their customer service and how they try to go the extra mile for their guests. 👍👍

We are Blackheath locals and booked a room while our bathroom is being renovated! We never considered staying anywhere else as my parents stay here when they visit us and are always impressed. Run by a lovely family, the rooms are very clean and well appointed and the bed was comfy. Great little place and we're more than happy to recommend them.

Rooms are small but very clean, bed very comfy. Staff very friendly. Located on the hwy just before Blackheath but could hardly hear traffic. Great value!

Stayed 2 nights. Good value for money motel. Very clean rooms and bathroom, excellent and quiet aircon/heat pump, reasonably comfy beds, generous breakfast (delivered to room). They took the effort to double glaze the bathroom windows and so remained warm. New kettle/ toaster. Nice and pleasant owner/operators.

We had no accommodation booked. We rocked up 9:30pm on a Friday night. Rang the doorbell. Our Host came to the door was able to accommodate us.
Our room was perfect for one night. Clean tidy. Bed was comfortable.
Noisy we are after all on the highway and you can hear all the trucks lol.

With regard to value for money I give 5 stars. This does not mean that it is a luxury hotel. It is not. But the rooms are well maintained. The building itself needs some upkeep. Also when it is cold, the heating has a hard time, in particular the bathroom is rather cold because of the simple windows there. On the other hand: I paid 335 for three nights for an all in all nice room. Also the owners are very nice and friendly people. To me it still means something if a place is run by the owners instead of an anonymous company.

We arrived after a long drive and sitting in traffic from Lithgow. Tired and over it. Such a welcome place, really nice room, small. Yet quite adequate for overnight. Close to the Pub for dinner, nice room service menu well priced and a lovely bed with quality sheets, nice towels great shower. Owners pleasant and friendly. Price far lower than many offered, great value. Highly recommended for overnight stay.

Nice and clean.

My car had a damaged gutter from driving through pothole on nearby unsealed road.
Lei took me to place to hose it down and lent me screwdrivers to fix.
Saved me a major hassle.

Was way better than a 4 star hotel we stayed in Sydney CBD. Lee was great and helped us find good spots around blue mountains

Great little motel, very clean, newly renovated bathrooms, lovely staff, all the amenities we needed - fridge, ironing board, AC, tv. Will be back :)
