Bought some records here over the weekend. They have a great range and some more niche finds. Would benefit come having more independent Australian releases but I’m sure this will come with time.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. A great range of vinyl and vintage posters. Picked up some amazing jazz and rock albums - a combination of new vinyl and used, but all in great condition. The Blue Mountains is lucky to have this shop/resource. Will be back again soon!

Each time I've visited Hat Hill Records an incredible record I've never heard before has been playing, which I've immediately bought. It's such a pleasure to know that I'll discover something new just by walking into the shop. (And I apologise to the owner for taking his background listening whenever I visit.)

The collection is superb, with an wide selection of popular and harder-to-find vinyl. Definitely recommend as a hidden gem in the Mountains.

Although I have never actually visited the Hat Hill Gallery, I bought a 180g vinyl reissue online from them by Booker T. and The MG's called "Soul Dressing", authorized by Sundazed Music, who I consider one of the best vinyl reissue companies in the world.
I was very happy with the condition of "Soul Dressing" when it arrived and after playing it on my turntable, it had successfully passed my standards.

What can I say? I have a bias. My father Viken and his long time partner Kerry have work tirelessly for years to bring you Hat Hill Gallery, records and books. It not only shows in there knowledge of products and craftsmanship, but shines through in them as the excellent generous and kind hearted people they are.

Best regional record store in NSW, if not Australia. A wealth of rare, collectible and competitively priced new and used LPs, EPs, CDs, cassettes, band posters and more.

Fantastic record store with a good variety. Plus a decent selection of hi fi equipment for sale too. Very well set out, friendly, and classy.

Very easy to purchase online, print was well packaged and arrived quickly. Definitely would buy from again and looking forward to browsing in person some day soon!
