I and my family were traveling in Sydney and visiting FURLA QVB Store. Staff are lovely and well trained.

I picked bags for my wife and mum, it took time to make decision. But staff were very patient and friendly.

Visited the store recently, staffs were professional and friendly.
They patiently given sound advice based on my queries, and then attentively helped me to choose a gift which is for my friend's birthday present.
Great customer service and a well-managed store. Thumbs Up!

Bought a few items here and my experience was nice. Lots of help and very pleasant staff even during the end of financial year sales where it gets busy. Very patient every time.

Just bought the bag and staffs did not informed me about the no refund policy, ending up disliking the bag since the quality doesn’t match the one on the website

Just bought an item here on boxing day. I asked one of the staff about the discount then she told me its 20% off.
However, there was another staff process the payment with no discount at all. I asked her why and then she just asked her other co-worker in other language and came back to me with 10% off. Feel like its a joke to them. Furla has always been my first choice but its a huge disappointment today! I would give it lower rate if I could.

The store had only one staff who was unfriendly and unhelpful the two times I went there in September 2023. You may have to wait in a line outside because there’s only one staff. Furla is not a brand people would line up for unfortunately, especially when there are plenty of other bag stores that offer much better customer experience at QVB.

Staff are so rude. Noticed them making faces and comments about a friend instore while I was outside.

Bought a bag from this store last year and used it for 6 months then the Metal part on the strap was broken. I sent the bag back for repair in mid Jan and now still waiting on the update of the bag, which is fine ..however the sales staff are not getting any feedbacks from their internal warehouse saying there are some issues with the warehouse therefore cannot provide the status of the bag. They kept pushing me back and asked me to wait for their phone calls or emails but I have received none so far....to me, it s just bad quality, bad services and bad internal management and controls.
