Cooked Goose on Hyams

Best location in for coffee shop this area. Just next to the beach, lots of parking, and kids friendly. Service and staffs are great here. Delicious drink and dessert. Inside is huge and lots of space. Definitely visit here again if I pass by.

The most juicy and tasteful burger we've had in a while and in a perfect location. You have to try the hyams burger special you won't regret it and the caramel slice to finish a great lunch.

we had a lovely lunch here on sunday after spending sometime in the beautiful beach. chicken burger was really good! Generous serving of food and drink at a reasonable price for this location. ( no Sunday surcharge! ) Great service , beautiful decor and nice vibe. You can see the ocean if you are sitting upstairs.
Just a small suggestion, Would be great to have the option to swap out the fries with salad or mesh.

Couldn't have asked for a better meal after a long walk on Hyam's Beach.
The Sticky Kimchi Fried Chicken hit the spot like no other. A mixture of sweetness and spice and the chicken was so tender. We also tried the King Prawns with apple carrot slaw and mango dressing. This also was very refreshing. Service was great and would highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing, it is only 3 minute walk from the beach. The toilets are extremely clean and the background music is also really relaxing. The food there taste great and the service is extremely fast for the size of the food serving. There are books and free colouring books for kids and adults to be entertained whilst waiting on their delicious food to arrive. The tables are clean too and also the staff members are really friendly. This cafe is cheaper than most other locations nearby

A truely beautiful beach side cafe, excellent local produce and great service. We had to come back a second time and will definitely return on our next visit! The freshly squeezed juice and brioche french toast was a real treat!

Sweet little cafe with lots of different options for food! Service is very friendly and I love all the art work on the walls. Lots of different veggie options and options to change meals to make it veggie. I definitely recommend the coffee !!!

Nice spot in Hyams Beach! Coffee was good and well presented, and the place itself seemed nice. Food looked lovely but sadly we were too late to enjoy that. Some parking outside and lots more down the street. Highchairs available.

Good place on perfect location! Food is great, just what you need after perfect beach day, just a bit issue is wait time since they can be very busy as I found this was only place nearby for eating out.

But, staff are friendly and food is delicious so please give it a go despite the waiting

Always delightful service even during busy times. The food is delicious, we’ve tried lots of different meals since it became the Cooked Goose on Hyams. Eventhough it’s missing a view but you can enjoy each others’ company and the food itself. The chips are so yummy! We always eat here after the beach and then the lovely hike back with a full satisfied tummy. Keep up the good work!

Laid back spot for your before and after beach nibbles. Their coffee is good.

You can actually see the fish fillet which was impressive and delicious. Batter was perfectly portioned with fish too. Chips were really well fried.

Decent thickshake and baked goodies, we ordered a pear and raspberry slice and a choc torte (with a side of ice cream)!

It gets busy, but it’s worth the wait.
Highly recommend visiting this gem.

Stop by when ever im in the area, great coffee consistant no matter how busy they are service does not lack. Had family visiting went for lunch food was great couple of burgers and my sister had the cauilflour burger(vegan) and said it was amazing. Was large serving great flavour. Had couple cocktail fair price and taste. Staff are friendly and professional. Plenty seating inside and few out front all under cover. Small car park defo not best for large 4x4 so just park down road and walk the 5mins up the road.

Their Eggs Benny with salmon was the best I’ve had - seasoned well, with a clever addition of smashed avo to keep it creamy and delicious. The coffee was brewed with care, accompanied by a little sugary snack on the side.

The aesthetic was also spot on for a morning brunch - as the soothing early 00’s alternative playlist was playing throughout, and the sun shone through the back windows.

Tucked away from the busyness of the coastal crowds, but well worth a visit. Keep up the magic!

We are blessed to have such a superb cafe at Hyams Beach. Maddi and the front of house crew serve up delicious and gorgeous food from the talented kitchen crew. The Cooked Goose is the icing on the cake for our family holiday at Hyams Beach. Quality coffee and delicious food. A big thanks from a Melbourne coffee foodie .

We were put on a waiting list because it was full, and staff, as promised, texted us to notify of availability while we waited in the car. Had a chicken salad, kids cheese burger and chicken burger which were all great and of generous portions. The coffee was great too.

Great spot for breakfast and smoothies! Staff were friendly and the whole experience was on point. Very Accommodating for a friend who has allergies and is normally fussy. Highly recommend it, and it's a short walk to the amazing Hymes Beach for a swim!

Staff were friendly and efficient. I came here for breakfast and ordered a latte and the brioche French toast (added a side of Berry compote). The food was delicious and really enjoyed my coffee. I liked the extra little touch of the blankets to offer, which came in had as we decided to sit outside and there was a pretty chilly breeze going on.
Would definitely return here.
