Had a positive experience here. The halloumi salad was so good for both taste and price. My partner loved the chicken burger as well. The vibe was also really nice. We would go again.

My partner and I were blown away with the Hot and Cold Seafood Platter for two & so reasonably priced in comparison to other seafood restaurants in the vicinity. The flavours were out of this world - by far the best seafood platter I have had in 3 countries. Atmosphere and views are beautiful on the top deck.

Well this time last year Think Tank hosted their Xmas party. Right on the waterfront. This year Think Tank will be going back to the 70s. As our Xmas party is at the same Resturant extremely looking forward to seeing everyone again.

YES. The cheese pizza on the kids menu is a 1000000/10, the crunchy bace and the quality cheese that melts in your mouth is worth every cent. Amazing service and calm cool indoors. I recommend to everyone. Eat the pizza

DO NOT GO HERE! Can not emphasise enough how over priced and underwhelming food was! I get it, darling harbour city pricing. But for over $100 for two kids meals, two burgers, two beers and a soft drink. I had the ‘breast’ chicken burger which was disgusting. When I asked the waitress to check if it was breast she didn’t bother to come back or make eye contact with me again. My husband got the beef burger and it looked disgusting (and he said as much). The kids got the tenderloins and chips- my 3 year old was chewing on it like jerky.

Don’t waste your time or money.

Food is absolutely beautiful!!!! Not overly expensive and cheap coming from a Victorian!! Great quality and size for what you pay for!!! Amazing atmosphere and kind people! Food is also fast to come out, amazing amazing AMAZING!

We hosted our wedding reception/party here. It was a wonderful venue for the occasion. The staff went out of their way to accomodate our plans in the lead up and looked after our guests professionally on the day. Big thank you to Belinda and Christian for their help and for bringing us (bride and groom) drinks throughout the evening!

The selection of beers (Balter XPA on tap with glass schooners) and house spirits was great and we were able to add some extras to fill out the drinks menu without issue. The pricing was reasonable especially considering the location and calibre of the venue.

The food is upmarket pub grub. Delicious (I highly recommend trying the seafood pasta dish -- although we didn't have this for our event)!

All reports from our guests were 100% of their night (they are kind of obligated to say positive things but they all seemed genuine).

We would highly recommend any couples looking for a wedding reception/party venue to put CBYC on their must consider list.

Like helping you choose food & beverage package options to suite your budget and numbers – and help you put together a finalised menu (while accommodating all dietary requirements). And this just as ONE example. Belinda is an absolute professional, and incredible at what she does. Her team are no different…

On the day of the event the general manager, kitchen, bar/waitstaff manager, event manager, security, DJ, and all of the ‘on-the-floor’ team will work together seamlessly, to bring your event to life and help create the best experience possible for you and your guests.

Specifically, Simon and Christian (who work very closely with Belinda), went above and beyond for us on the night of the event. They were super friendly and approachable, extremely professional, flexible, and accommodating. They both checked in with me several times throughout the night and answered every single question I threw their way. They are absolute pros and implemented their respective roles/responsibilities impeccably.

The food is deliciously top-notch, and the variety of beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) cater to everyone!

From my subjective viewpoint and firsthand experience, I can genuinely and confidently recommend Cockle Bay Yacht Club for your next function or private event!

We went to Cockle Bay Yacht Club after visiting the aquarium, mainly because when we came out of the aquarium, they had a sign up advertising a little sailors menu. My nieces thoroughly enjoyed their meal and there was a great selection of choices for both smaller and larger appetites, as well as vegetarian and gluten free options (included a naked burgers - burgers without the buns). I also enjoyed a non-alcoholic cocktail. The club has a mixed of indoor and outdoor dining and is easy to access.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We just had our Engagement Party here & Belinda and her team did an incredible job to make our night unforgettable. Absolutely stunning venue space and our guests all loved the food.

Plenty of room in here and the price of the drinks was awesome value. Good atmosphere and comfortable with all the fans going on a warm afternoon .
