Harry helped fix up both my wedding band and engagement ring which was from another jeweller. A few of the diamonds on the bands were loose and he checked them all, tightened them up cleaned both rings. They came back to me with diamonds very secure and sparkling clean! I reached out to Harry due to a friend's recommendation, along with a few other jewellers via Instagram, Harry was very responsive and was able to provide me with a quote which is why I decided to visit. The whole process was so quick, professional and friendly and I'll definitely be coming back for my annual jewellery checkups with Harry. Before choosing Bassil Creations, we did a lot of research on how to acquire the perfect custom-made engagement ring and wedding band sets. We considered buying online and looked at retail stores, but there was always some sort of compromise to be made. This was not the case with Bassil Creations, where we ended up with exactly what we wanted without breaking our budget. As soon we came across Harry Bassil’s boutique, we knew there was no need to look any further. Greeted by Harry’s professional yet friendly demeanour, we asked several questions, which were all answered thoroughly. An appointment was made, and a smooth, seamless ring-designing experience began. Harry kept us well-informed and was crystal clear in his communication to us, which ensured we could consider all our options and land on the most suitable design for us. He demonstrated patience whenever we needed to take our time, and offered genuine advice to assist us in our decision.
