I would like to thank the lovely lady that helped me with my purchase of 4 koalas to take overseas , they are so adorable and I received my order in 3
days. So impressed with the service and quality of these products .

The staff were very responsive and friendly. I needed something the same day and was very happy to be able to walk over in and collect it. The item I really wanted was out of stock online, but was fortunately restocked by the time I arrived and both items were out for me to choose between. It's a bit of a hike from public transport, but well worth the effort for selection, price and service. Thank you.

They carry a huge selection of high quality plush animal toys from top brands including Wild Republic, Gund, Bocchetta Plush Toys, Ragtales, National Geographic, Ty Beanies and more. Their range includes cats, dogs, birds, Australian animals, aquatic animals, farm animals, teddy bears, and wild animal plush toys. Amazing!

I would give the place 5 stars, but I have to take a little off because the toy I got had hard parts that weren't anticipated and weren't listed on the site, which ended up making the toy unsuitable for the person I planned on giving it to.

But other than that, the delivery was quick, the prices were reasonable compared to the same products at other stores, and the customer service was very good.

Actually I would even say the service was great. I was planning on bringing the toy I bought as a gift on a long trip overseas, but due to the timing I wasn't able to return it within their time frame, as I had no time before leaving and would be away for a long time. I called them before I left and explained the situation to them, and they agreed to take it back whenever I got back - which ended up being a bit over 2 months after I received it, and probably 5 weeks after their return period ended. I really appreciated that they'd be so reasonable about it. The staff were super friendly when I dropped it off, too.

I would buy from here again.
