One Pot

I love the concept that you can have a hot pot all by yourself! There is a good variety of flavours to choose from!
I’ve chosen the braised beef and Japanese miso seafood.
I liked how we were able to choose it between a rice of bowl or noodles with the hot pot. The hotpot itself was filling for one person and the price is reasonable for the quality.
I liked the crispy milk bun! It came out freshly crispy and not too sweet!

This cosy restaurant is located on one of the busier streets I would say and located tucked away up some stairs you’ll find this peaceful restaurant serving up some fantastic dishes!
We ordered two of their hot pots and were not let down. We tried their sesame oil chicken hot pot and their spicy hot pot. Both of these had such unique flavour and were soo different from one another. The sesame chicken had a beautiful soft but rich flavour to it where you could taste the sesame mixed with the chicken and the spicy had a very bold flavour with a hint of clove. I wouldn’t say the spicy was spicy, you could taste a little bit of chilli but nothing over powering. Both full of fresh and delicious ingredients, it would be hard to fault either.
We tried their dumplings which were incredible with so much flavour. Garlic soy chicken was crispy with juicy pieces of chicken in the middle of the extra crispy batter. The milk buns made the perfect treat to finish on with a soft middle and crunchy outer layer covered in a generous amount of (what I believe it was) condensed milk.

Taiwanese hot pot was a new experience for me and I’m obsessed. They have a good variety of different soup flavours and side dishes. I recommend the wagyu beef hotpot and the crispy milk buns, but everything I ate here was genuinely flavourable and enjoyable! The fit out is also very cute, especially their vegetable cushions.

A Taiwanese mini hotpot restaurant that also offers tasty dishes 😋 We had an absolute feast here!

So comforting and a great spot to enjoy an easy and quick hotpot meal! I love the noodles inside and the soup broths are so flavourful! I highly recommend their fried milk buns as well 👍 crispy on the outside and soft on the inside 😌

This place is a hidden gem in haymarket! The individual hotpots are delicious with generous portions.

Many soup bases to choose from but I recommend the tom yum seafood soup if you like strong flavours!

Also you must try the crispy milk bun - was fried perfectly and the condensed milk makes it so sweet and addictive 😋

I got the pumpkin hot pot and it was just divine! Loved the broth itself and it had little pumpkin flavoured toppings.

The sweet potato balls were amazing. Wish I had the stomach for more!

I must say, I love the interior design of this restaurant!! Also customer service is top tier, staff are very nice and attentive.

There is a whole wide range of different soup bases you can choose from and more!! The spicy one is definitely more peppery than spicy but it was so filling and good regardless!!

Everything is served at affordable prices and perfect for when for a comforting and warm mood.

Hidden in the sydney cbd, think i found the CHEAPEST mini hotpot!!! It was cheap yet with huge proportions 😭 I recommend ordering the spicy hotpot and creamy milk hotpot!! For the meals I really like the rice stick，it goes so well with the soups 🥴 For sides, crispy milk buns and pork knuckles 10/10 🤭

This spot is so cozy and perfect for when you just want a mini hotpot all for yourself (but still good to come with family or friends)! I highly recommend the tom yum soup base as its sooo flavourful and comes with juicy king prawns! The sides are also lovely to have along with the hotpot especially the sweet potato balls (so chewy with mochi-like texture!) and the crispy milk buns!! I would defs come back again for the tom yum soup and sides!

Fantastic hot pot and decent pricing!! Highly recommend the wagyu , as well as the spicy hot pot. The chicken is also a must !! 😍

I recently came back from Taiwan and I’m craving this Taiwanese hotpot! I love that you get your own pot and that it’s filled with a generous portion of meat and other toppings. With a clean and heart broth, it’s such a comfort meal.

Best place to visit if you love hotpot but can never finish the big ones on your own!

I ordered the Tom Yum Seafood Hotpot and and it was packed with so much seafood, it even had cheese tofu. My boyfriend got the Braised Wagyu Beef Hotpot and the meat was so tender - you definitely need to order it! 😍

Adorable little gem upstairs and hidden away in George St, Haymarket!

Highly recommend this place if you’ve never had hot pot before & want to have a taste first to see if it’s your thing or if you have a hot pot craving and want to do it express-style!

I had the Golden Pumpkin, broth was clean and ingredients were healthy. I loved it! My friend had the Taiwanese Satay and rated her one too.

Absolute great value for money at just over $20 for a pot. All the ingredients are already chosen for you - just pick your flavour!

Highly recommend ordering the Fried Dumplings as a side and Crispy Milk bun for dessert!

So many hearty soups to choose from, definitely omething for everyone. We got the satay and sesame oil chicken hot pot which was nice! The fried tofu and sweet potato balls was AMAZING, a must order with the hot pots.

I love the idea of a hotpot for one person!! I have a low spice tolerance so I always struggle when eating hotpot with friends 🥴

We ordered the Japanese Miso Seafood Hotpot and the Braised Wagyu Beef Hotpot! These hotpots are pretty big - we both couldn’t finish and had to takeaway 😆 but they were so good! The Braised Wagyu Beef hotpot had the softest wagyu and I loved the assortment of seafood in the Japanese miso seafood hotpot!

For the sides, we ordered Braised Pork Knuckle and Crispy Milk Buns - absolutely recommend the crispy milk buns, they were SO good!

Loved the vibes and the asian inspired interiors of this restaurant! I ordered the Spicy Hot Soup and the Japanese Seafood Soup Pot. I especially loved the Spicy pot the most, it wasn’t that spicy and the soup was refreshing. I also got their Sweet Potato Balls and Fried Mantous which were both crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.

I’ve just landed from SG and all I could think about on the flight was having a meal at this place. They were kind enough to accommodate me even though it was less than an hour to closing time. Thank you for your great hospitality and as usual the food’s amazing!

The broths here are so flavourful! Highly recommend getting the braised wagyu beef hotpot and sweet potato balls. The interior is super cute too 🩶

The perfect restaurant to come by this winter! They serve individual hotspots with lots of soup bases to try - but I recommend their seafood tomyum as it was so strong with flavour and it was delicious! Their takoyaki balls are also tasty!
