Dr Li has always been a friendly and a very professional doctor for me, and the receptionist is also very welcoming.The location is very convenient and i know pyrmont rent it not cheap.There are cheaper places to go and i always swipe my card through the machine after paying for my appointment to get my medicare rebate and it's in my account same day. Always happy going back and happy to pay.

I’ve been here the first time exactly service is very good. The lady at counter alway help me anyway i’ll come back.

I had a great first experience in this clinic. The receptionist squeezed me and helped me out last minute, and Dr Li wrote me a script in case I needed it. I was in and out fairly quickly give it was a last minute appointment. Thank you!

Nice receptionist. Good doctor happy to listen and chat through things. Easy enough to get an appointment.

Amazing walk in service. Was so convenient when on holiday and my child got sick. Everyone was very empathetic and understanding.

Felt they were pretty expensive - especially for such a dated/unappealing place. Went twice, waited for ages each time, told the Doctor what was wrong, she agreed then 5mins later sent me back out the door with a $200 or so bill. Doctor was pleasant enough, just not a great experience overall.

Three stars for its convenient location, but not really appropriate for children - there is a small, dark waiting room and no entertainment to keep you busy (ie. no TV or toys for the kids).

Amazingly kind receptionist unfortunately the system is backwards and charges fee (even if you have medicare) to write a prescription. Fee was minimum 3 times the price of the required medication..

Just called them to ask if they take walk-ins today and was answered by a disgustingly rude doctor who abruptly ended the call on me. So unprofessional, it's unacceptable to be treating patients this way - especially coming from a doctor.

Waited in waiting room for ages no receptionist was there for the entire time I waited. This is the 2nd experience I’ve had here. Had to leave and find different GP

She is not a good doctor. We had gone for stomach problem and she was making face for telling the word poo. She was always laughing and not listening to patient at all. She is not worth the visit.
