Beautiful fall hidden inside the canyon, very thin ledge to walk thru and had to squat and duck your head when you get thru it, just be careful and you’ll see the amazing fall inside the canyon.

Not the longest, or challenging of walks to get to this canyon, but well worth the effort to get there. Quite easy if you have kids or aren’t as nimble as you used to be. The freshness of the water and air around you, as well as the views along the way make this an incredible experience. I highly recommend you try for yourself on a beautiful sunny weekend day.

Such a nice hike! Can be challenging especially if it has been raining recently. When we went in July parts of the trail were covered in water but it made for a fun adventure.
Views are breath taking; cliff walks, waterfalls, rock climbers, this hike has it all. Take some food and lots of water with you.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful walk down to this hidden little fall. Once at the falls care needs to be taken to walk along the ledge to get to the falls at the end of the gorge. Several spots to stop along the path to take in valley views.

Amazing small canyon to explore. It’s only small but it’s easily accessible.

Excellent canyon for abseillers and casual hikers alike. The small step section leading down through the baby waterfall and creek is particularly pretty. Sections offering views over Megalong valley abound.

We walked from Centennial Glen car park clockwise along the track (currently very wet & muddy) then headed down along Walls Ledge then down the stairs into the Grotto Canyon which was beautiful. Unfortunately the stairs leading down Slippery Dip Falls were completely flooded so couldn’t go any further. Heading back up the stairs from the Grotto, we turned left and walked along part of Porters Pass track (toward Fort Rock) and the waterfalls along the way were lovely! Not only is it the most beautiful place in the blue mountain, but it also has the most beautiful hike/walk required to get there. I definitely recommend you visit, but please don't ruin the place.

Access to canyon could be tricky and excercise caution if kids are hiking along

Such an exciting and breathtaking taking hike. We had such a thrilling time wading through Freezing calf high water, walking under numerous waterfalls, scampering along paths and rock ledges - it's not a leisurely stroll.
It's dog friendly but I would Strongly suggest no puppies under 6 months and no small dogs, knee height and above is fine as there are some treacherous spots and large step up and step downs that small dogs can't do

Me and my friends did a dun hike yo the canyon! And we decided to dip in the water. And the water was like 5° but i pulled through and sat in. But definetly a beautif sight.

One of the best walks you can do in the mountains. Away from the tourists of the Katoomba area

It is a place easy to miss, but once you find it, you'll love it. The track is steep, and there were some climbers on the cliff.
