This park embodies old skool cool. The kids absolutely love running between the three play areas- it really wears them out ☺ There are also a set of swings by the small lake. There are large open spaces for picnics, picnic benches, and few covered picnic areas, one which has a BBQ.
Toilets available.
The park is next to Blackheath pool which was empty- unsure if they are remodeling or it's closed.
Not wheelchair or pram friendly.

This park has everything! Three different play areas for all ages, picnic tables and a shelter, toilets, a duck pond, the pool, and let’s not forget the rocket.

Seasonal colour in the Rhododendrons and autumn leaves too as a bonus.

This is a hidden gem! My kids are begging for returning to this park! We were even lucky to see some ducks, which were very interested in our rice crackers😁

A very nice park in a picture perfect location... must visit one Autumn to see the beautiful rust n yellow colored trees looking the streets! You'll love the place especially if you are a photo fanatic like me! There's a very nice play area with colorful n good play equipment. there was a pond at the end of the park with ducks swimming n waddling around... Hours of fun for the entire family.

A great playground with the classic, locally built, very tall rocket slide. A great trail of older Ninja like courses and some vintage vehicle styled climbing bars as well.
There is a new toilet block which is a big plus. There is lots of grass but we were there in winter and it was very damp (read sodden) in lots of parts.

Love this playground! It has 3x playground areas. A really cool climbing rocket with a big slide. Awesome flying fox. Nice little picnic area with bbq's facilities and also a little pond area for the ducks. Nice open grassy area if you just want to laze around. Even good for the adults to play.

We come here often.

Our kids have loved playing here from birth through to current eldest being 8. They love both the facilities and the surrounding nature.

Toilets are a short walk away.

Bring something to feed the local ducks!

Such a good play ground. Lots to do very wide and big. Good for all age groups. Could do with a toilet closet by but I do believe that is what they are building right now. Also not a lot of under cover area

Really good playground equipment, encourages creative play. My kids want to go here every day we're in the mountains. The rocket slide is a big draw but don't miss the heritage equipment, particularly the plane, great for climbing.

Great park for young kids and adults alike. Plenty of space on the grass for picnics, a few areas with different types of play equipment for different ages.

Could do with some more benches and seating but overall it's enough for typical crowds.

Fantastic park for kids and oldies alike. Beautiful grounds with lots to see and do and a brilliant, rocket themed playground for the kiddies with a monster slippery dip. If you’re in the area then make a short pot stop and enjoy.

Great park, the heritage feature brings back a lot of memories of parks in of my childhood. Before everything became plastic.

Three different playgrounds.

Lots of ducks in the park. Was a great way to break up the trip.

This park was fun when I was a kid, then the equipment was taken away which was sad. The equipment came back and is bigger and safer than before, it's very popular with both parents and children alike, there is a duck pond, but there were too many ducks at some point so some were relocated. There is a lot of parking, a great place for a stroll, and if the weather is chilly in Sydney, it's often snowing here during winter. There are several swimming pools, which are refreshing in summer, but closed during the winter months.

Great park has a few different play equipment areas for different age types.

He loves the red rocket it just feels like your gonna launch a few metres of the end of the slide which adds to the excitement. Benny (2 years old) has a fit if I try going down with him. He's Mr independent.

If it's been raining take a few towels or tour little one will end up soaked they love it bit gets cold so not to long.
