Yup. Gold class to the nines. Worth every buck. Very classy. Food was ok. Servive was great. Definitely a nice experience.

Best gold class experience! After a few sub part experiences at other gold class cinemas, this place has reinstilled my trust in Village Cinemas. We received such top notch service from a very courteous and friendly young asian guy last night and had a wonderful time at Barbie. The cocktails were delicious too. I also loved seeing a soft plastics bin! Yay for recycling. Thanks team :)

My first impression was "Wow!". It was an amazing experience on my initial restaurant/licenced bar visit. It is very rare that I ever visit such an establishment and choose to feel comfortable spending money on a variety of scrumptious/appetizing foods and premium drinks. I was offered my meals and drinks in the restaurant dining area ahead of the film. Unfinished meals were taken into the theater room with the assistance of a floor crew member. There was a warm ambient atmosphere inside. I had the opportunity of allocating new foods and drinks during the course of the film. The reclining seats were wonderful. To get a better picture of comparing foods/drinks from the candy bar with the Gold Class restaurant/bar, I will need to probably visit a few more times in both areas. The menu is readily available online. Service at the Gold Class is absolutely high class. I can't wait to return soon.

Thanks to the wonderful staff and management for assiting us with disabilty access when the lift wasnt working (9th May). There empathy and kindness went above and beyond. Thanks Jam Factory Gold Class staff. Makes what can be a challenging outing so much easier and leaves us wanting to return

Went to gold class and had a great experience. Friendly staff and prompt service. Got the russian bear loaded shake, really delicious! Highly recommend the cheesecake on the dessert menu too. Thank you!!

Best Gold Class cinemas in Melbourne in my opinion. Always my first choice when I’m seeing a blockbuster movie. Roc’s bar which is directly across is a lovely addition and the drinks you order there you can bring into the cinema. Staff here work fast and bring your order out promptly, unlike other Gold Class cinemas that I’ve been to. The seats inside are clean and recline like they should. The lounge area is also better than other Gold Class cinemas.

Not to take anything away from the other classes in the cinema - but Gold Class at Village Jam Factory is a little special. We usually come here for movies that we're looking forward to. Or just to have a little quality time. From the moment you walk in until the point you leave, the service is top notch. Cannot recommend the place enough.

Fantastic service here. As a very frequent movie goer I have found the service at Village, regardless of the venue, to be wonderful. I certainly can't say the same for Hoyts

Love Jam Factory Gold class. Great service, staff and waiting area. The cinemas are super comfy and never crowded.
