A modern toy shop with the charm of the old world. This store is always presentable and welcoming and is every child's dream to come here.
The kids love coming here again since their old manager, Olga, left. They nicknamed her 'The Ogre' after one incident.
The range is great. Top quality products. The staff are always ready to help and their new manager is extremely friendly, professional and great with kids.
A must stop shop for any family!

Amazing customer service with an awesome range of toys, specifically squishmallows.

The manager is extremely friendly, helpful and such a pleasant person! A truly outstanding place and I love coming back to shop.

Found them to be very helpful and when I had a broken part they replaced without questioning it. They also offer complimentary gift wrapping which was a complete bonus. Would recommend for sure.

Poor customer service!Was enquiring about some scooters and some other toys. The more mature staff didn't seem to be interested in answering our questions. If I can use my gift voucher online, I would have made my purchase online as I can at least read the description myself instead of not being able to get any info from staff there!
