I am a regular visitor to msy, I purchase alot of parts from this store and it can get quite busy.
Service can be troublesome with only one staff member at the front desk, parts are cheap.
Parking is easy.

Love MSY. I have already reviewed the cannington store. Gave 5 stars but I did mentioned how the staff (2 guy) that were working that day could be a bit more friendly and how the store would be near perfect if that was the case. This store has it covered. The guys were friendlier and actually smiled. Simple "hey", "have a good day" makes a huge difference in my opinion. We all know the prices at MSY are unbeatable and the quality is good. I will continue to go to both the stores. Very happy with the service in this store. Another 5 stars from me.

Generally the best prices in town! highly, HIGHLY recommend these guys based on the prices and service. For example, they were willing to put a product on hold three days after i sent an email enquiring if they had it in stock. If you think that is expected, think again. It was worth hundreds, i had not put a deposit on it, it was during a sale period and it was the last one left! Thats what you call customer service! If you don't know about MSY, its time to find out!

This place generally has the best pricing on most products. It's so cheap, than many places won't even price match them. It's probably better to have a good idea of what you want before coming here, as that will ensure the most efficient customer service, as I don't know how much time they can spend for customer service when they get busy. The staff were friendly when I visited them. I do home to visit again, as I quite like their prices.

Best prices I could find in north of the river for pc components. The staff didnt seem awfully enthusiastic about their job, when I had a part fail later on, they replaced it free of charge. The set up is interesting as there isnt actually a store to walk around in but rather you order and receive your parts from the service desks. I recommend browsing their website before you go in, because it really pays off to actually know what you want. 5 stars for brilliant prices and good customer support.

These guys are basically unbeaten on price! And completely unbeaten on cable pricing. This store is for legit computer enthusiasts, please don't go here if your a mum/dad trying to get your kid a new pc and looking for advice.. It slows everything down for everyone else. You go here when you know what you want, then its in and out easy as :)

I always get my computer parts from these guys, they are friendly and have great prices. I recommend them being a technician.

Dinky little place, cant comment on repairs, have made many purchases though. make sure you know what your getting before you go in as there isn't any room for browsing, the expectation seems to be that you know what your doing when you walk in, similar to any trade/wholesale outlet..Grab the PDF parts-list of their website and get researching! I'm yet to find anywhere in Perth that can beat MSY on prices though, I'd take that over PLE any day :)

I wanted to be bold and Build a PC for the first time with my Dad based on a short hardware course I completed. The staff here were extremely helpful, teaching me new things and helping me build up a PC based on a particular CPU I wanted. Its definately a shop to go to if you know what you want. I will be going back there for all my hardware needs.

Excellent service. Their order online with pay and pickup in store is very quick ( took only an hour to process), friendly staff and very knowledgeble too (eager and willing to ensure I did not buy the wrong part).

Great prices and these guys know their stuff. Patiently answered all my questions. The store itself looks more like a warehouse, but well - you can't have everything.

Great prices, and yesterday I received extremely warm welcome friendly service. Today I went in with a problem of my own doing... I was looked after so much better than I expected.
