It really builds confidence when dealing with such great people at Cremorne. The reception staff are always friendly, helpful and professional, even after all the nonsense they have to put with from impatient people. Ben is very kind and considerate, Margaret is just a delight and very gentle and Virginia is also very professional and kind of hot with her "MRI Queen" vibe. Imaging at Cremorne is an excellent place with the best people who will really take care of you.

What a great experience from getting booked in the same day I called to the Lady doing the MRI who was a hoot and jack wheeling me almost to my home cause the crutches were hurting my arms.

This place is amazing!
I just went through a very hard time with a knee injury and everyone was so amazing and flexible understanfing the urgency of my case.
Can't recommend enough! Excellent customer’service!
The report and images came very quick and the report was extremely accurate and complete.

After reading these reviews I was not expecting great things , but everybody during my appointment was pleasant to deal with and made sure I felt comfortable during my MRI.

not bad! take MRI scan, spent around 40mins, both reception and doctors are quick polite and patient. did not waste too much time there.

Needs improvements..

Reception area need some process improvement so the patients don’t have to fill in each form separately and return for the other!

MRI and X-ray staff very friendly and helpful!

Waiting for the MRI results for days as apparently doctor did not have time to summarise findings and send to the GP!?

Similar to other comments, receptionists often seem to believe they are superior to those seeking sometimes very distressing medical procedures. Management should consider automating the role of receptionists who do not try to enhance the human experience. That being said, the MRI process itself was positive, hence the 2-stars.

Didn’t check my referral form and sent my results to a practice where my doctor doesn’t even work and then told my doctor over the phone that the results were normal but actually there was an injury. When I was there everyone was friendly and helpful but unfortunately just a bit lazy when it came to the results! Disappointing especially as it’s you are paying out of pocket!

I was given a quote for an ultrasound over the phone. I double checked the amount on the same phone call, to confirm the total cost for my situation. When I arrived the price was almost double.
Staff were friendly, but could do nothing about the bill or explain the quoting error.
I had no choice but to pay the inflated amount, if I still wanted the ultrasound.

Unfortunately the receptionist, Alana brings this place down.

My partner and I arrived for our morning MRI appointment and the receptionist, Alana was late. She arrived about 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment.  Luckily the radiologist was there to greet us and let us in. During my partners MRI whilst I was waiting I provided my partners details including the drivers licence to Alana the receptionist. I  did this to ensure correct detail were taken including my partners name and address.
During the 15 minute wait I asked Alana roughly when the MRI report would be available only to be abruptly told not to interrupt her while she was typing. Her manner and tone was incredibly hostile and made me feel uncomfortable.
Upon the MRI completion my partner was simply handed eftpos machine with $300 displayed without any words said from the receptionist. My partner asked the receptionist to include his GP on the list of MRI recipients. When asked to provide details he showed the GPs name  on his phone screen after which he was yelled at by Alana the receptionist saying that she cannot work out the name even though he was clearly providing it both verbally and in written form. She managed to find the GP after a few minutes of uncecessary discourteousness.

Upon arriving home my parter received a call by Alana and advised that she failed or forgot provide him with an spine questionnaire form to fill out.  She advised that form will be sent to his email address and needed to be returned asap. After waiting for 3 hours to receive the form my partner called the clinic only to learn that his name/email was incorrectly entered by the receptionist and therefore the email bounced. As an admin person you'd thing she'd have the common sense to call back instead of sitting on this for 3 to 4 hours. You'd think attention to detail would be imperative considering they are dealing dealing with people's health and sending scans and MRIs to doctors?

After receiving the call from Alana and being advised that the name was incorrect there was no apology offered.

In all fairness the radiologist service was satisfactory.
Too bad about the receptionist and her poor customer service and lack of attention to detail.

They sent me a text with no confirmation of the time or date. I thought my appointment was at 3pm and they actually rang me on the day to move to either half an hour earlier or later. You can't move patients whenever you want, they have schedules!!!!! I wanted to have my appointment but they said that they were booked out for the day even though I waited TWO WEEKS for this booking!!! Absolutely no sympathy from the receptionist! I have a lump in my breast that needs to be checked and waiting ANOTHER 2 WEEKS would be STUPID! DON'T GO TO THIS PRACTICE IT'S A RIPOFF, SO GLAD THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY! I REPEAT DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY LACK EMPATHY!

The receptionist told us to wear a mask when no one else was, not even herself!
Felt like it was only because we are
Chinese.

MRI staff were very good.
