Collector Store Paddington

Always such a great experience in here, I look forward to going in as they have such a great mix of European brands & Australian homewares.
The staff always help out & offer honest advice on fit & price so I never walk out feeling anything less than “fantastic” even when I don’t buy anything.

Absolutely one of my favourite stores! I can never seem to come away without buying either something for myself or a gift for a friend. The stock is very well sourced it would seem, and there is something for everyone! The staff are an added bonus and always seem to go out of their way to help!

Amazing service this morning getting our cushions packed down to a) get past the hubbies and b) get on the plane home! We will be shopping on line and hopefully back in store one day! Thank you legends - can’t wait to get the Pony Rider cushions home and on the couch!

A lovely shop with a great range of modern fashion, jewellery, gifts (ceramics, missoni towels, candles, room scents, male and female beauty products), home decor and more. The staff were super friendly and helpful picking out a gift for my fiancee.

Unbelievably poor service was my experience at Collector Store when I returned a very expensive ($600) blanket that grossly discoloured after the first wash despite reassurances at the time of purchase that this would not occur. All responsibility was obstinately denied, my complaint was dismissed and they were fixed and unyielding in their refusal to offer me either a refund, a replacement or a credit note. This is despite having been a very good customer at this store for several years and having spent several thousands of dollars there. They were all smiles on all the past occasions I kept returning and spending money in their store but on the one occasion that I returned with a problem I was met with denial, irresponsibility and uncompromising refusal. How very disappointing.
