Our Medical Radiology

Been here twice and early in the morning and haven’t had to wait long at all to get CT scans. Lovely staff in both ocassions. Their machine for CT has one of the lowest radiation risks out there (being a new machine) so that has been comforting for me. Nice clean equipment and you’re given a dressing gown if you are wearing anything with metal (eg zips)

I highly recommend this medical center. I had an amazing experience as a patient with its amazing team.
Doctor John Kim is brilliant and professional. Very knowledgeable too.
and Tom the radiologist made me feel very comfortable as well. Very caring attitude and conversation while taking x rays.
Keila the receptionist at radiology was very patient answering all my questions and is highly professional.
There’s nothing better than excellency when it comes to being a medical professional and that’s exactly what I found at Our Medical Crows Nest with this group of humans during my check up appointment🙂🙏

I felt taken care of.

Just opened with friendly staff and new machinery. They are open until 10pm and during weekends which is very handy. They have one bulk billed GP as well but it's on a walk in basis. If you want to book a GP, it's not bulk billed.

Highly recommend. Great staff and great facilities. Very glad I didn't pay more to go elsewhere.

Worst place to get any radiology done. The rudest staff members I’ve ever come across. How are these guys in a service industry helping patients with issues that are sensitive and painful. Zero understanding. They had the audacity to tell me I was late for a 830am appointment when I was on time sitting there, they had no receptionist there and came out 15 mins later saying I’m late and mentioned they came out and no one was here sorry you must’ve have great vision then. On top of that when I finally went in all they wanted to do was rush through a very important ultrasound for a cyst in my ovaries that has been growing and instead of taking their time they just keep gaslighting me saying are you sure you were on time, instead of focusing on the time do your job. They don’t seem to know what they are looking for as the nurse was confused while she was harshly shoving it up me. A bonus let down was they dont have any bedside manners, no care and always are rushing. If you want to feel comfortable while getting an ultrasound done then don’t go to this place. Would NOT recommend, terrible service, terrible people, terrible place.

I put a request for an ultrasound appointment no one called and so I went there only to be told that I cannot be accommodated. The receptionist didn't bother and said he couldn't help.I informed that I cannot come back because of my leg injury I can't climb the 3 flight of stairs again. No attempt to even try to accommodate. I was told my details were in the system but no appointment. Now I have to wait until Monday and run around during work hours.

Came in on a Friday to see GP for scan results. Waited 3 hours then left for a physio appointment elsewhere. The receptionist advised only one doctor available and still in que. Waste of time and zero transparency on any kind of ETA.
They don't have any email to contact for, instead just call up and wait for another que.

We rang before coming and there was an answering machine saying to come in for X-ray 7 days a week and no appointment needed. We arrived to find the “ X-ray is broken” and no reception staff and the staff at the front said they have nothing to do with the radiology service. I would go to a hospital rather than waste time on a weekend going here.
