We recently ordered a cake from The Baking Factory for our sons 5th Birthday. The booking process was simple and the cake turned out even more amazing than we'd imagined. Thank you so much for your attention to detail - everyone was commenting on the cake was and it tasted amazing. We'll be definitely back again in the future.

Fantastic experience. Service during the ordering process was easy and friendly. Cake looked and tasted fantastic! Moist sponge cake with tasty butter cream. Hardly any leftovers!

I was looking for a special cake for my sons 18th birthday. After looking online at several places I came across The Baking Factory. I contacted Sonia who arranged a cake for me with Tam Tams on the top as these are my sons favourite biscuit. The ordering process was streamlined and so easy.

When the cake arrived I was so surprised. I knew the cake was going to look great but when it was in front of me it just looked stunning.

Thank you so much Sonia and the team as you made my sons birthday family lunch complete with this amazing cake and to top it off it tasted great too.

Visited the shop because the decor looks nice. Lovely display of cakes. I got caramel kiss which is excellent for a sweet tooth like me.

My husband ordered a custom cake with The Baking Factory a week ago and it turned out fantastic, exactly what we wanted! The packaging was excellent and kept the tall cake safe through transport and even in the fridge!

The handcrafted Ferrero Log dessert was amazing. I was very impressed by the service. I ordered online and picked it up within an hour. But if you want, you can also order cake online and get it delivered next day with a delivery fee. Will be ordering my wife’s birthday cake from here.

I ordered a cake from Sonia and it exceeded my expectations!! She was really easy to communicate with and the cake she made was delicious. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing cake for any occasion!

It was a really last minute order and the team at The Baking Factory were so prompt with their fast replies so I could order a custom vintage cake within only 2 days. The cake looked exactly how I wanted it to look and it tasted amazing! The buttercream and cake was so fresh. I will definitely be coming back to order all my cakes here from now on. Came across this amazing shop by chance . They are probably one of the best cake shops in Sydney . Staff are super helpful and made the whole process so easy ! Got exactly what we ordered. The cake was amazing in taste and quality. The detail in art work was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this wonderful business. From the minute you walk in you can feel how clean the place is . 10/10 .

I would like to thank the Baking Factory for our two beautiful birthday cakes .From my first phone call ,Sonia ( even though I called on one of the busiest days of the year , Valentine's Day !! ) was extremely helpful . The cakes were decorated exactly as I had requested and the toppers were perfect and of good quality. The best of all the quality of the cakes and the icing .So many of our guests wanted to know where they came from .I would have to say they were delicious !
Delivery on Saturday to our venue at Cronulla - no problem !
