Great medical practice. Dr Alice is amazing, caring and a good listener.
I had my AZ shots with her and do nor like needles, she made it so quick and didn't feel anything and was fine.
As I just moved in the area, she also recommended me a Gynecologist and Dermatologist near by.

Randomly found the medical centre (it was closest to my place) and thought that Dr Therese Wales seems very friendly and professional, booked the appointment with her and was beyond my thought.
Also went to take the X-ray and in the centre met few random people all of them said ''i'm so lucky to have her as my GP as she is the best in the town''. Even the lady told me she lives in Mosman and still stick to her.

Probably the best general practice in Sydney. Dr Wales in particular is a thorough, compassionate, kind, highly-trained and trustworthy healthcare professional who goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure all aspects of her patient's situation are evaluated. I could not recommend her more highly. Dr Wales is an example of the ideal medical practitioner.

Dr. Mandy Goldfoot is a very patient and understanding GP who listens to you completely and who goes out of her way to assist you in the manner required. Highly recommended. The practice is very welcoming as well and reception also do all they can to help.

Fabulous, friendly female doctors and the small surgery has a great community feel. There's never any problem getting an appointment and the receptionists are wonderful. It's about as good as going to the doctor can be!

The people who are the best at what they do, care about what they do, that's how they become the best. Dr Wales cares about her patients and she cares about providing the most effective medical treatment possible, that's why she's the best.

Wanted to register at the practice as I am a regular visitor to Greenwich for long periods of time. Also wanted to register for a covid booster. This practice is listed as a vaccination location on the NSW health site. It is not taking new patients nor is it vaccinating other than current patients. I accept that, but would rather be advised at the beginning of the telephone recorded message rather than after well over an hour's wait . Or on the website. I would not have made this a public comment if the practice website had an email address provided on the website

Asked for a vaccination for flu. Got a telehealth doctor. Obviously a waste of time. He still charged me and said ring reception. I did a booked flu and pneumo vaccinations. Got them and was charged $90 consultation fee. I did not get my Medicare refund either despite calling back. The same surgery I have been going to for 12 years. The 2 doctors I saw were both new. All I can say is they know how to charge. Previously my vaccinations at this surgery were bulk billed. Not any more!! Also I did not have problems with Medicare rebates with my previous GP at this surgery but she has gone.

The "answers" below do not answer the matters I raised:
1. I was given a phone consultation when I phoned to say I wanted a vaccination. It took Dr. Yanco 10 seconds to tell me to call back and book it with reception, which I did. I should not have been given a phone consultation for a vaccination. Yes he bulk billed this one.

2. I did not get my medicare rebate even after phoning back and complaining. I still haven't got my rebate for my $90 consultation over a month later. I have previously been to this practice over 12 years and got my rebates with no problems many times. Something has changed.

3. Both doctors, the telephone one and the one who gave me my vaccinations were both new. New Male doctor Dr. John Yanco. New Lady doctor Dr. Cunningham. That's 2, not 1.

Horrible experience with Dr Mandy Goldfoot for my 6 week old daughter's vaccinations. First the baby bled profusely in one thigh upon being injected and then the doctor did not tell us what to expect after immunisation. The baby ended up spending 24 hours in emergency at RNSH.
