Honestly I can’t explain how much I enjoyed my time at Jounich. The food was absolutely scrumptious and had so much taste and flavor. The staff was so accommodating and the food came out very quick. It was such a warm and comfortable environment and was not packed or loud. Perfect if you want a relaxing evening!! It would be crazy not to go to this restaurant weather your live in Sydney or are traveling.

Delicious, beautifully presented food and excellent service made our daughter's 18th celebration a memorable occasion. Can't fault anything!
Favourites were the 11 hour lamb, potatoes, fatoush, beetroot salad, calamari, the dips...pretty much everything!

Awesome restaurant serving delicious Lebanese / Middle Eastern food. Had a table of 9 people and everyone loved the food. Had a feast of chicken skewers, schwarma, beetroot salad, falafel and eggplant and a trio of dips - houmous, labne and baba ghanoysh with Lebanese bread. Delicious feast!

I can not express how happy i was with this restaurant. I had my bridal shower here & everyone was sooo happy i didnt get a sinlge compliment from any of my guests. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious. Considering this is a restaurant at the city, everyone was so impressed with the quality of the food. The customer service was incredible, i am so amazed by this customer service, everyone kept checking up on all the guests & the owner made sure everyone was happy. The atmosphere and location was beautiful, the restaurant is on the wharf with such a beautiful location. I highly recommend anyone wanting to go to this restaurant, especially for an event it is absolutely amazing.

We dined here while enjoying a weekend in Sydney. Having lived in Adelaide and enjoying some amazing Lebanese food and now living in Cairns, where there is a lack of this amazing cuisine, we hunted out Sydney’s alternative. We weren’t disappointed, from the amazing views and great hospitality it was off to a good start. We enjoyed a drink while we pursued the menu, and were left in peace while we decided. There are too many restaurants these days where we are constantly approached by waiting staff to hurriedly place our order. I ordered the Lamb signature dish, while my partner ordered the chicken skewers. Our food arrived as it should , together and piping hot. It was delicious and we both agreed it was one of our top rated experiences. If you enjoy Lebanese cuisine and your in Sydney then definitely search this place out and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Sunday afternoon. Attentive service despite place being busy. Food straight from the kitchen, authentic, good quality and taste.
Location gorgeous, with nice water views, boats passing and evening sun.

Did the $99 bottomless lunch. Food was incredible, service quick and polite would recommend the lychee-rose martini although beware it goes down very easily. I'm vegan and I was well fed

Absolutely great food been here twice and both great experiences. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is beautiful and most of all the food is incredible. The hummus, dips and squid are exceptional! Couldn’t recommend any higher

We had lamb shoulder! (Remember to ask the staff to make the gravy/sauce halal (without alcohol), we also had falafel, pomegranate salad, all the dips and bread!! The mint/lime mojito was refreshing! 💐💐

We also tried their special fish (Samke Harra) and also their salt and pepper squid!!

The food is amazing, red snapper fillet and king prawn are perfect, we even ordered more after. Price considers cheap, you have to pay more than double for such quality of food and nice view in counties like Singapore or Swiss. Highly recommend for people who like healthy and tasty Middle Eastern food.

Great Lebanese food, excellent quality food, it tasted great we ordered the meat banquet. Loved the lamb, it was perfectly cooked. All served right beside the water.

I organised my husband’s surprise 40th dinner at Jounieh. Emanuela the events coordinator was very easy to deal with and allowed us to drop a cake off earlier on the day of the dinner. They had the cake displayed beautifully when we arrived. The venue and location were beautiful and parking was easy. We did the seafood banquet - everything was delicious, especially the slow roasted lamb which was a nice change on a traditional Lebanese restaurant banquet. Cocktails and service was also fantastic. The majority of our guests were of Middle Eastern background and thought the food was excellent, which I think is a great review in itself. We will be back & would highly recommend Jounieh to friends and family, whether it be for a simple dinner or a special event!

Fantastic relaxing Lebanese cuisine experience in Walsh Bay. The service was prompt and friendly, we were welcomed upon arrival and taken to our table quickly, even though it was Saturday dinner time and it was getting busy. It is a high-end food experience delivered in an informal and relaxed style. Falafel was a highlight of the menu - crusty on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with a vegetable tempura-style cooked eggplant and baba ganush; it was perfect. Labane was thick and flavorful, and koftas had just the right spices. For those who love cocktails, the menu offers a Mediterranean flavor of these.

A must for couples and large groups alike.

Excellent food, wonderful service & perfect location.
Had dinner here with a group of friends and we loved it. The waterside location with shimmering views is great, and the quiet Walsh Bay Area perfect.
Amazing Middle Eastern food. We had the set menu. There is a lot of food - excellent value.
The chicken skewers were sensational, as was the slow cooked lamb. The tabouli salad and all the dips were so delicious.
A great night - highly recommended.

What a great find! Service, atmosphere and that FOOD! What you'd expect from Lebanese cuisine, but tweaked and refined. Definitely coming back for more. (Super handy for pre or post theatre as well!)
