Buxton Bush Camp

Fantastic weekend camping. Danny was great, kept us up to date with the weather and road conditions (it had been raining leading up to our trip).
Great spot, right on the water. Caught lots of fish. Will definitely be back!

We had a really good experience there, great spots close to the water, hot shower and good toilets. Also, you can get ice, firewood, great food and drinks at the bar with Danny. They have a calendar with many activities during the year.

It's a nice place e owner is really friendly lovely guy there a bar on grounds and a stage for bands.. only down fall is only 1 shower and 2 toilets. But this is one of my regular places to camp. Love it

Was a really good place to stay thoroughly enjoyed our time. Hot shower and clean toilets. The grounds are tidy. Plenty of space, dog friendly and they have entertainment on each month.

A great place to camp. Plenty of space to set up. Amenties and bush bar are only a short stroll away. I stayed on an music event weekend with some amazing food being served. The owners are friendly and always happy to help if needed. This was my 2nd time and will definitely return in the future.

Amazing little campground,.plenty of room between sites. Friendly owners, camping right next to the river.

Awesome place to go, especially if fishing. Danny is an absolute top bloke and looks after you really well, showers and toilet amenities are good and clean. They have events and a license bar at a great price, 100% would recommend.

Such nice place to camping with your family and friends. Shower and toilet are clean.

Just home from a great relaxing weekend. Perfect weather, great bush campground ,clean & tidy in all aspects. Danny the owner is so helpful, highly recommend & we will be regulars for sure.

Wonderful relaxing stay here, $2 hot shower and toilets are excellent, animal friendly and fires allowed in allocated areas, very close to water for fishing. Host is very friendly and quick to respond. Will be staying there again, very highly recommended.

We had an awesome stay for 4 nights. The amenities were great. Atmosphere awesome. Danny and Sharon have made this a great place close to home to have a weekend away.

We stayed for 6 Days, this is a great spot the owners are very welcoming and not intrusive, good camp sites (not regimented very flexible) normal loo's not drop toilets and the showers are novel with hot water, there is an open air shed with tables and chairs, dart board, tv, BBQ and sink with hot water, it you take your own boat or canoe you can launch from the property straight into the Isis River, fees are reasonable and can be booked on Facebook

Absolutely fantastic place to camp with family and friends, fishing,crabbing community kitchen clean toilets and showers ill definitely be going back again.

Such a great place right on the water, all sites have a view, love the amenities they have made. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Left noisey Bundaberg to turn up to a peaceful waterfront site with all amenities if you like getting away from society this is the place highly recommended we will stay longer next time anyway got to go fishing

Great sites, well spaced areas. Very busy little camp area even in off peak. It was extremely windy and very wet when we stayed but when the weather changed it was great.
No luck catching anything and nor did anyone else that we spoke to.
Respect for the fact you can take your four legged friends and most campers when we were there during our 4 day stay had their dogs with them.
Hot showers were more cold then hot but loved the original set up.
Put it on your list of places to visit if you love camping and fishing.

Nice campgrounds although $20 pp a bit expensive. Track in is a bit rough, but really nice once you get here. Looking forward to returning when some organised events (live music, spit roast etc) are on.

Nice and spacious, amenities are basic but it is a bush Camp, fire pits are provided, clean Camp kitchen and bar . We enjoyed our stay
