The young lady who is always making great coffee for customers in the mornings is an asset to this location. I feel welcome and always stop when driving past.

I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Nia from Subway. She has the best attitude, and is an absolutely fantastic employee.

If you're there and she's working, get a sub from her. You won't be disappointed.

Plenty parking spaces for a quick stop. I always like to stop and grab my coffee from here. Peter was a nice person that serve us.

Couldn't find staff for service at subway counter waited about 7 minutes, gave up and grabbed a coffee and doughnut, coffee half full and doughnut dropped on counter icing down in a puddle of water.

So making a cup of English breakfast tea was so complicated that the staff member was unable to do it. She left 3 other customers standing to be served when she tried to make it again even after I said don’t worry about it I want a refund. This is the first time I have had a cup of tea made this bad well done Chinar excellent job.

1 person working at lunch time.... haven't got things preped even though you've been open for 5 hours, pathetic excuse for a subway. Don't bother here unless your truly desperate. Asked for the cheese to be melted on the meat. She accidentally put it on the roll. Then takes it off puts a bit on the meat and throws the rest! Useless

Waited forever to be served for subway at least 20mins then she took an online order that just came I over us who had already been waiting. Then when finally served I asked it to be microwaved just so the cheese could melt and she said I can’t do that the bread will get hot! 😩 I said do t worry about it I have waited long enough my husband got his didn’t get his card scanned wasn’t wrapped properly end was open for food to fall out worst experience ever!

Will just keep driving next time could of had a sit down lunch faster than getting Subway waste of time!

Only ever one staff member serving and the are making coffee! Always a long wait.
Toilets are unisex and always dirty and disgusting I'd hold it and go somewhere else.

Slowest ever experience at the Subway. 1 staff member on with a line up of people at lunchtime. No name tag on the person serving us. Had to keep repeating what the order was. Tables were grotty. Not a pleasant experience.

The eftpos machine has been out for weeks according to the manager.

Customers have these options:

1. Pay in cash
2. Use the ATM in store and pay extra $2.5 ATM fee + cash fee on your credit card to withdraw cash.
3. Have someone to bring you some cash while you wait in store.
4. If you only have contactless payment such as Apple Pay, oh well...
5. OTR app pay at pump feature also not available.

Westpac research shows 90% customer prefer contactless payment by 2016.

The store did not put out any sign or notice of their efpos issue until they tell you at the counter (after you putting fuel in your car)

I can only say for myself but I did see other customers complaining about no being noticed before using their services.

The staff member was nice and tried her best to help but can’t say the same about their manager, who blamed their head office instead of putting out a notice.

As a long term Velocity frequent flyer member & OTR Member and frequent customer, this has been my first negative experience in about a decade, I’m hoping there will be more transparency in the future.

Came here and asked the 'lady' a question and she was rude as. Didn't smile and just talked really nasty. "I don't work for subway, work it out" and shrugged her shoulders and put her hands up.

Not going to be coming back.
