The Manger was excellent in service the manger worked all alone on the 12/09/22 when on a Monday it was extremely busy dealing with all of us tradies and doing the drive through and I come in on the 13:09/22 to find he had been there from Midnight that is something, still with a smile and service was excellent no complaints well done!! Higher up hopefully reward 😉

The service in the morning has been great over the last couple of months with this new manager. He doesn't only deliver good service but also good looks. I'll definitely be returning

The young ladies behind the counter give fantastic service with a smile. The Moe's hotdogs from this site are made perfectly and well worth the stop .

Poor Poor Poor. The drivethru never gets an order right. They overcharge and the food quality is disgusting and expensive. Go somewhere else.

No one inside and door is locked. Waited for at least 30mins

Pathetic customer service. Don't know why they have a drive thru. Only one worker serving both drive thru and in store customers. Waited 35mins. OTR is pathetic, reading all the comments from months ago. And still they ain't fix the problem. Boycott OTR. They don't give a fark about your time

Always had a disappointment when I visit..always maintains very low standards in serving customers..I came to drive through ask for car wash ,they been like so confident and gave me wash code and said “car wash mechine I’m not working and this code will work in any other OTR” so I trusted and drive way along near my home came to otr Mawson lakes ,waited in very long line (45mins) and mechine literally shows code invalid and I’m successfully wasted my 2hrs of time.. my question to OTR cabin outbound if car wash mechine is not working,why don’t you simple say wash mechine is not working before selling ticket? I can go to other otr and will make my work done..now I need to wait until it’s fixed to use ticket..thank you OTR..please guide you staff not to come to work if they are not interested…

Never have hot dogs available! Only 1 person working with huge lines 15 plus people waiting. Prepare yourself another 20 PLUS minutes for waiting around! You'll be late for wherever you are heading! Waits of greater than 20 minutes in the drive through.

I am so disappointed went throught the drive through ordered and i sat in the car with my family for 15 minutes with no explanation why food is taking so long. When we finally got our thick shake it was just milk no flavors and our hot dog didnt have what we wanted on it they were rude i wont be going back.

Sadly we purchased two cups of alleged coffee and received two cups of hot water and milk
