Woolworths Rural View Mackay

Great quality produce, majority of their products are in stock and if not their is always another option. Their online shopping and click and collect options are amazing as are the staff. On con I have is there isn't enough parking for the amount of shops in that area.

I went there yesterday 29ty April at around 9.15am and was helped by a lovely staff member I didn't get her name she was in the register next to the young man who served me at the register was fantastic his name was Brody and deserves recognition as he was friendly and helpful couldn't ask for a nicer kid to be served by. I don't no what he is paid but I think he should be paid more, I'll shop here again from this experience alone, Cheers Brody for the level of service you gave me.

Due to my employment I use a most supermarkets in mackay but this one is my local one. I've used it since it opened and always feel relieved when I enter this one, the staff make the atmosphere light and enjoyable, this means my shopping is a daily enjoyable outing rather than a weekly nightmare task, particularly the older established long term staff! Even you dawnie, I love the smile and wit I get regularly and the advice on cooking from jen and kaz is always helpful! Thanks guys I hope you pass your knowledge on customer service onto the next lot coming through, and thanks bec, always quick to highlight the bargains! In today's market that's appreciated but in fairness I don't have a member of your staff who isn't my favourite!

Love shopping there close to home every thing is there.just went to get drain cleaning it works very well thank you.very good shopping centre.

Staff are so friendly and helpful and have more stock on shelves than the Coles in Rualview.

I want to give a shout out to Kyle who is always willing to help out. He is always looking out for customers and is always up for a decent chat when he is putting your groceries through. He needs to be put as manager!

I would just like to thank the lovely staff that helped me today. I think her name was Angela and if it wasn’t for her I probably would of walked straight out of the door. I don’t normally shop but she helped me with everything I needed to get because I didn’t know where everything was.

If all staff were like her I would continually shop at Woolworths all the time. Thank you woolies for having great staff.

I bought a hot wheels car here. It was pretty cool too. It was green. It goes pretty fast. The cashier looked at me kinda funny. I was really excited about buying it. But I would recommend buying hot wheels cars from here.

A beautiful lady at the checkout yesterday named Kerrie was just lovely. She was extremely lovely and helpful. Needs a Gold Star. Need more staff like her.

The management and staff of Woolworths Rural View have been outstanding. They are warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Shopping there is pleasant and the atmosphere encourages you to spend more time in the shop. I just enjoy my shopping there.

This is by far the best shopping centre we have visited. So clean so many choices easy parking

Woolworths has all the grocery items needed for an enjoyable shopping experience. It's situated between BWS, Snap Fitness, a newsagent and a fresh bread and baker's shop. Close proximity to Rural View, Bucasia, Eimeo and Black's Beach.
