Beautiful secluded campground with the most magical sand dunes I’ve ever seen in my life. With fresh water ponds in the middle of the desert and such rich aboriginal history in and around the area it’s hard not to feel a spiritual connection to the area! Bring your own brazier for fires under the clear sky’s! 15min sand tracks available from campsite to hat head beach which is rough but ok for a quick dip on a hot day!

Absolutely love this place!
Second time here & this time we came prepared with water & firewood.
Would be good if there was a tank to catch rain water to wash hands at the long drops tho.

Beautiful location to camp, quiet beach just down fromcamp, the sand dunes are just a minute walk from camp and are amazing, lots of birdlife

Brilliant location and so secure and neat and tidy. The best bush camping ever.

Great little spot. Nice walk to the beach. Wasn't even too crazy during Christmas period, they don't overbook, so everyone has plenty of space.

Fantastic camp sites. Plenty of shade c/w wild life. Roos etc. Clean toilets but no showers. Great place to escape but still be close to beaches.

Sand dunes are a good attraction. The beach is 4x4 accessible. Camping really depends on the neighbours.

Location meant that it was not overrun with hoons and idiots. Keep the roads BELOW excellent to keep them away.

As a no facility campground it was great. Drop toilet was clean.
