A1 Locksmiths (previously Mandurah Lock and Key)

I called Friday morning to get my business front door lock replaced/repaired and they came that morning. Pricing was clear and upfront.

They arrived when they said they said they would. The job took maybe 30 min. The guy who did the job was professional and courteous. Receipt was sent via email instantly after payment.

All in all prompt, progressively and efficient service. Would highly recommend.

Had Mick come out as I left the keys inside on a weekend and he was there within 15 minutes and got us back in.
Just had Mick back around again to install a digital deadbolt, Mick had me sorted with a new set of keys and setup the keypad and walked me through changing the settings on it And made sure I knew how to use it.

Recently bought a new car and as it only came with 1 key I've even looking around for someone who would be able to help me out.
Seeing the advertising at wanneroo rugby club and after calling up they where able to help me out and accommodate my work schedule.
Living north but working in falcon lately I was able to go to the Mandurah store and they helped me out in just a couple minutes after work at a great price.

I've already be recommending A1 to family and friends and will keep doing so.

I had the best experience with A1 Mandurah. Chris came out while we were quarantined. He was an absolute Wizard and re-cut keys for our entire home and for our car, that had been left in Brisbane.

Came to give a free quote on a side gate at our property, offered some suggestions on how to make it more secure which we’ve taken on board and we will get back to them, then helped sort out our front gate too regarding key access, waved away any fee which was really nice of him, seemed really conscientious and professional, we’ve used them before and we would definitely recommend.

Took my old vx sedan work car for a new key. I think the young guys name was Adam who was just so professional and friendly. It’s unusual to find service like this these days, well done guys and keep up the great service.

Went in to get a key replacement on a 45 year old door key for my f100
The guys in here were more than happy to remove the door lock, and they did all of it in a smooth and easy fashion
Not only did they find the door code, they printed it on the keys for me for the future
All of this for an incredibly reasonable price for the quality work they did

I had an Amazing experience. Very Professional. I was working with Tayla on the phone and Chris the Locksmith. They were prompt and very courteous with their service. I commend them and will recommend them to anyone that is in need of a Locksmith in the future.

Went in to replace my very worn car key and the 2 gentlemen in the shop were friendly and helpful. I had a perfect new key in 5 minutes and they let me try it out before going.
