The staff are very polite and patient. The shop is air-conditioned and has many items to purchase. Recommend to all.

Some things overpriced such as DVDs and shoes, need to look at this. Allot of variety and one of our favourites to go spend an hour or so trawling through items at. Some staff need more customer service skills.

Seems as though the most friendly staff, furniture, clothing and bric-a-brac assemble here!! Just love this shop, prices are also more fair than other Op Shops. Good on you, Good Sammy!!

Each and every time i enter the store, im greeted by a cheery hello, the staff all greet you as you walk past, they are all happy and cheerful and always happy to assist. Love shopping at Good Sammys Kelmscott
