Longworth Horse Lodge.

Longworth is a fantastic place for a getaway with friends and horses! Plenty of camping space with great facilities and super friendly hosts. Horses enjoyed the lovely grassy paddocks. Some really lovely bush and beach trails to explore. Highly recommended!!!

What a fantastic place to stay with your horses. Big shady paddocks, beautiful beaches, great facilities, the hosts are helpful & accommodating. A lovely ride through the bush & along the beach, relaxing wine by the fire & woke to the sounds of the Aussie bush. Little town of Laurieton only 10 mins away with anything you need. Will be back for sure.

We had the pleasure of spending 4 days at Longworth Coastal Horse Lodge. There were 4 of us and our ponies. We camped in the camping spot. The facilities for both human and horse were amazing - I’d go as far as saying this was the best stay with ponies yet. We have taken our horses to plenty of properties, but Longworth Coastal Horse Lodge has ticked all my boxes and then some.

There’s a camp kitchen with fridge,
microwave, bench top, sink, BBQ. This area is set up extremely well with undercover, outdoor dinning, and one of my favourite’s, with plenty of privacy, outdoor bathroom.

The worse thing is having to leave. We had so much fun and adventures with our ponies, beach riding every day, trail rides. We floated our horses to Bago State Forest and Queens Lake as we like bush trails and beach.

Seriously this is one property you want to book with a few mates and your ponies!

Do yourself a favour and check this place out! We had the best weekend, awesome camp area, plenty of paddocks and shady trees for your ponies, beach ride was beautiful and the host’s are absolute legends!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Not only is Longworth run by two of the loveliest people imaginable, the facilities and surrounding wildlife is superb!

Wonderfully maintained stables and paddocks for your horses. Gentle trail rides guide you through lush bushland to the vastness of Pilots beach - magical for any rider!

And the charm of the local town cannot be understated. Good pubs, classic fish n chips and shopping hub Port Macquarie a short, scenic drive away up the coastline. There are more beaches than you can visit, endless salt water rivers and koalas in every other tree.

Truly - Paradise. Cannot recommend enough
