North Haven Bait & Tackle

Dropped in looking for a nearby location to source bait. Staff were very friendly and helpful and guided me to the right place. Got the bait I needed and had a great fish with the young bloke.

Highly recommend them if you need gear, help or local knowledge.

The service was amazing, I'm not from here so they gave me so many tips and tricks of fishing this area.

This is one heck of a shop primed on customer service. The lady there taught everything I needed to know about preping my first fishing rod, I am so thankful to her for teaching me a new skill. As someone who is venturing into fishing the first time, I am extremely thankful for all the instructions. The shop is well stacked as well! Keep it going !

Visiting family in North Haven and wanting to take my 7 year old son fishing. So North Haven Bait and Tackle was our first stop.
Brooke who I’m assuming was the shop owner was incredible from the minute we went into the shop to the moment we left. Her energy and passion was infectious. She taught my son so much and as an amateur I learned a lot too.
Everyone in the region has done it tough in the last few years so it’s never been more important to support small local businesses. I hope the tourism booms for you this summer.
We will return for more tackle and stories. The next time we return from South Australia 🇦🇺

Stopped In there twice on the weekend, the customer service from the young lady was brilliant, not sure if she was the owner or an employee, very bubbly the kind of person you want greeting your customers. Well done.
Plenty of bits and pieces for all fishing levels and types.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Brooke's passion and knowledge about fishing was incredible. Replaced the broken tip on my fishing rod on the spot, whilst giving us a lesson on correct maintenance and serving other customers in between. Brooke, you really should be hosting your own TV show you'd kill it ;)

Brooke is amazing, very down to earth! Her store has everything you could possibly need, she's very informative in regards to the area, knows her stuff and does a superb job, nothing's too much trouble for her! We stayed 20min north of here and we went back to her possibly 4 times that week for a couple of supplies. Definently will be back when up that way again!!

A great shop with great knowledge and very friendly. Recently visited the area after the floods and even though they were severely affected, they had all the time in the world to have a chat, explain the area and what gear to use and also explained what bait was best. Managed to catch a lot of Fish. Can’t give them enough praise. Very thankful.

Had a guide repaired on my favourite rod here and the quality of the work was excellent, the price reasonable and service fantastic.

Great friendly service, no pressure to buy anything, popped in for some fresh bait and supplies. Simply answered questions, and gave some good tips, pleasure to deal with.
