Dunbogan Takeaway & Bottleshop

This would have to be the cleanest takeaway I have ever seen. The place was spotless. And the food was good too, made fresh to order.Located right near the river where you can sit and enjoy the views

Stopped for lunch on a Sunday. Was busy so a little wait but was a perfect day for it. A local guy informed us it is under new management. Highly rated the deluxe double beef burger. Partner had that. He loved it. I had the chicken burger with a couple add ons (pineapple and bacon) in the meal deal comes with chips (cooked to perfection- crunchy) and a can of drink. Very Impressed 😍

Food was cooked to perfection, in very clean and fresh oil.
Best Scallops I've had in a long time. Wish they were closer to where we actually live.

Brilliant building and really well renovated. Lots of outdoor seating options across the road or indoor Diner style seating. Will definitely be back!!

We got burgers and chips for lunch twice during our holiday. Both times delicious and the service fantastic. All staff were great with providing gluten free options for coeliac. We’ll be back on our next visit to Dunbogan!

Had 4 burgers from here - 2x kids and 2x with the lot. Stopped here in a whim and very glad we did. Place was busy but we didn’t wait long. Across the road from the water and plenty of seating along there (though the inside of the shop looks like it’s recently been renovated and would have gladly sat inside if the weather had been bad).
Kids loved the burgers and the ones with the lot were definitely old-school - big, had everything and were delicious. Friendly staff and the prices were cheaper than I thought too. Definitely head back there again now we know it’s there.

Ordered steak salad toasted sandwich and a smidge chips. Steak sandwich was the best I've had in some time and chips perfect size. Job well done.

The servings were of a generous portion. Everyone in our party was happy with their food.

We haven't been here since it got new owners and a refurbishment. The new owners have really tidied the place up and painted. It looks great. We got our customery fish & Chips and they were lovely. We sat across the road at a picnic table next to the Camden Haven river. So beautiful.

Always good food but a wait if you rock up at 1200.

No where else this side of the water we’re offering food. It was New Year’s Day , but peak holiday time. Hubby and I stopped when we saw the store & to our delight was open. Beautifully clean premises and very friendly and helpful staff. The meat pattie and on the hamburger is old school not those horrible pre-made discs. Chips are nice and solid and cooked to golden brown.

Delicious chicken burgers! And genuine potato scallops! Yum! Beautiful dining area with a lovely atmosphere

We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was great.

Just tried out the shop which is under new management. Served with a smile by Rachel and the food came out quickly. Burger was great and the scallops were even better... I'd give them 10 stars if I could. The place has been revamped and looks pretty schmick if you ask me. Much nicer than the place under former management which I rated 1 star which is 1 more than I wanted to review 😅
