I am a huge advocate of supporting local where I can. Not only is Uppercuts Butchery 100m down the road from me, but I would travel across Sydney to enjoy the service, smile and quality of Ryan and Nat!!!

The attention to detail and quality of meat and service is like a throw back to the good old days when service meant something. Be ready for a chat with Ryan as he loves a good yarn!

Also don't forget to ask Nat about their catering (Ryan will forget 😉). Nat is a qualified and experienced chef who will bend over backwards to provide you with the best produce and meat to suit the style of your event.

I engaged Ryan & Nat to cater for my 50th birthday party recently. Their service and quality of food honestly made the night. Everyone is still talking about it and it made my night so much easier and fun!

Best meat ever. I have been buying meat here for just over 2 years and not once have I found fault. Huge variety in sausages and meat and other food.
The sausages and meat are award winning.
The burger patties are yummy.
The owners are very friendly and always eager to help.

Congratulations on the arrival of your new smoker. People should try your french onion steak, Simply delicious. This is not just an ordinary butcher it is a speciality butcher with fantastic meat. Go try for yourself, even the sausages there are all different types which I might add Ryan and his wife have won awards for their sausages. Great shop.

Amazing meat and service. The hamburger patties are delicious and the beef mushroom and garlic sausages are the best I've ever tasted. Strongly recommend this butchery!
