That Plant Cafe

Had a delicious breakfast, lovely friendly staff and the tables were clean (big YES for my partner and I). It's a true gem if you're in the area.

Great breakfast on a Sunday morning. Food was definitely above average with generous servings. It was so busy we got offered free muffins or beverages for waiting, which is exceptional customer service. Also there is a large range of gifts available for purchase, as well as plants.

Finally, a cafe that doesn't get confused or refuse me when I ordered a Cold Chocolate drink in summer! Cold milk with chocolate. (They even have white chocolate option). Barista/Waiteress Sarah is an absolute charm at her service for me (please let her know), she listens on what I ordered groundedly and made sure I get a seat in her busy cafe I dined in. The Cold chocolate drink (around $7+ with added soy milk) served with a nice cold glass mug and ice was a heavenly drink on earth and worth every drop! The chocolate drink experience I cannot describe in words but it is worth a try, it is made with grounded sense of love energy :) I also love the ellipsoid shape of the ice you use, it is so much better than the cube shape we commonly see in cafes. The cafe atmosphere has a warm humanly grounded and organic plant feel with organic plants around the cafe walls and support of local organic shops can be seen. One thing I could suggest for improvement is if you're doing environmental sustainability actions please have it promoted all around your cafe as I would love to see it! :)

Finally managed to get down here to check the place out. An afternoon out for my elderly mother (92) as well.

Then you can browse the plant life, gifts and homewares to buy, including some amazing sauces that come from Sunny Queensland.

Will definitely be on my favourite cafe list. Come and say hi to the team, you won't be disappointed.

Been here a few times now with different people. Hasn't disappointed me yet. Great food. Staff are happy and helpful. People having coffee at the front with their well behaved dog. You can buy plants here too! Sometimes they have local made items for sale. Always full... that's a good sign. If it's popular, then it must be good. The coffee isn't bitter or burnt and the food is great.

This lemon meringue pancake stack was bloody amazing. A huge serve my dad and I shared it. Just the right amount of sauce and meringue. We would highly recommend it. Mind you everything we have ever had has always been great. The service and staff are great too. 🥰

I returned after their closure and reopening as "That Plant Cafe". The new location is fantastic, its homely and welcoming like the previous but bigger which is great for those who may have missed out previously! It also has the great vibe from before.
I ordered the Smashed Avo and my Son had scrambled eggs on toast. My breakfast was amazing, the fresh heirloom tomatoes with the saltiness of the feta and balsamic tasted absolutely delicious. Then the fresh avocado and perfectly cooked toast to boot! My Son thoroughly enjoyed his breakfast too.

Well done to the owners and the team. I'll definitely be back again soon.

Cute little cafe with a great breakfast menu. Coffee, milkshakes, pancakes & avocado goodness. Wonderful service & lovely atmosphere. We will certainly be visiting again!

Food was great, well balanced. Drinks came out here super quick and there's plants to buy. Who wouldn't love that?!

So happy this cafe FINALLY got the space they deserve.

Ordered Vegetarian brekky, smashed AVO. Drinks were cold brew coffee (superb), Passionfruit iced tea (superb), and an iced white chocolate.

Everything cooked to perfection. Healthy and tasty. Drinks were outstanding

I'm going out on a limb to say best overall cafe in all of Perth. Prices are unbelievably reasonable, cheap even. Service always with a smile, friendly, and prompt..

This cafe needs to stop being Perth's best kept secret. If you're reading this get in there and support them by spending some money. You'll have no regrets over your experience.

We had dinner here and the burgers were delicious! They came with a perfectly crispy large serve of chips, and I had a fruit smoothie that was also fantastic. Lovely staff and some great plants and knick-knacks to check out.

This was a nice experience to visit. I got the big breakfast which was nice. Plants everywhere which was cool.

I was really impressed with Ben’s work ethic and handling things under the pump. Big props Ben. Well done.

Amazing food and service. Took the time to make you welcome and enjoy your meal or drink. Great selection for all dietary requirements even shameful vegans that just complain for the sake of complaining.

Best chips you can get and great coffees.

Also managed to pick up a last minute present before Christmas. Will be back.

What a fantastic find! Had a great breakfast in this vibrant cafe which was delicious. The stand out though was undoubtedly the staff- everyone was so incredibly warm & friendly, not to mention efficient & professional- absolutely first rate- should be teaching customer service to all- fabulous- thankyou so much!

Really cute! And great value for money. I paid only $20 for the big vegetarian breakfast and I couldn’t finish it! So great.

Coffee and food is a 10/10. Good price and really good portion sizes compared to other places. Would highly recommend. Staff are amazing although visibly stressed 😅. Wish they had some hot sauce though 😋😋.

Really great atmosphere food was good as well, don't ruin your day by giving them a miss.

It's starting to be a Sunday morning ritual, ride our bikes down and have an iced latte and sometimes breakfast as well.
