Sharelle at Storm is an absolutely AMAZING couch! She provides the motivation, encouragement and support you need no matter where you are with your fitness journey. She plans well thought out workouts that are specifically designed to have you pushing right til the end, but the feeling you get after one of her sessions is priceless.

Sharelle provides on the spot feedback and guidance on your technique to prevent harm, while also ensuring you get the best out of your workout. She tailors each workout to suit your ability level, from beginner to advance.

As an instructor, you couldn’t ask for more. And to top it off, you’d be joining our incredible ‘Fit-fam’. Storm is filled with supportive, hard working people who too are on their own fitness journey. Being surrounded by others who have committed to bettering themselves is so uplifting. If you’ve been thinking of joining, do it! Your journey to a healthier mind and body can only begin if you take that first step. Getting there is often the hardest part! But once you do, you won’t regret it.

Great little gym. Friendly staff sorted us an easy one month membership as we were only in the area for a few weeks. Good range of times for different classes as well as open gym times.

Provides plenty of different classes and activities and a full gym with hand weights and exercise machines.
