First time to visit, well laid out, staff easy to talk to.

Great staff - especially the young gentleman who collects the trolleys and sings in a lovely happy voice when he is doing it. It is so lovely to hear and see someone taking pride in their job. Thank you

Woolworths, Innisfail is my favourite grocery shop. Fresh veggies and loads of great products - this is where I always do my shopping. I use self serve and the assistants in that area are always friendly

The lady on the service desk who served me on Saturday 26/11 @ 1012 was absolutely wonderful in solving a problem I had. Went above and beyond thank you for your customer service.

Some shelves empty at the moment but that's happening everywhere. Otherwise very good store. Mostly Underground parking but limited ceiling height. No disabled parking visible.

I really enjoy shopping at Woolies in Innisfail. In terms of Woolworths stores, it's not much different to any other small town woolies. What i like is seeing the same people over long stretches of time. They may not be your friends or relatives but somehow them being there brings a sense of community & stability. And some of the employees are total individuals, and i love seeing quirkiness in the store too.

No powdered milk or Nescafe Coffee Cappuccinos on shelves at this time ,some shelves were quite empty at that time .Sat 25/ Jan /2022 finally got the things I needed to get throughout the next Fortnight.

Always clean and fresh looking, staff always happy and helpful, a little short on stock, but to be expected in these times.

The staff always have a smile and a chat. Nothing is too much to help. The store is clean and tidy.
