Needed an urgent job done at our Airbnb after a guest accidently damaged the shower door, Sorell Glass were there the next day, repaired the door, left the house beautifully clean and even offered to turn on the the aircon for the next incoming guest. I wouldn't recommend this company.
I paid a deposit in August of 2022. My window was fitted in early March of 2023 after the lot of stuffing around by the company.

It was only installed as I threaten to take them to the small claims tribunal to get my deposit back.

On installation he damaged our wall inside and the brickwork on the outside. The workmanship of the window is poor.

The owner told me that he'd have everything fixed within a week.
It's now 2 months on and he hasn't returned.

He did email me to say that he left me several messages however this is not true. I have also emailed and text him regularly and he is completely ignoring me.

Do not use this firm! Paid my 2500.00 deposit in 2021. No action, no refund. They have stolen my money. I don’t know how they continue to trade

Stay away from these guys. We got a quote over two years ago. Job still not finished. What work has been done is of such poor quality. Max does not answer calls, he lies endlessly and needlessly. The windows he has put in are not what was on the quote, he has damaged the walls both inside and out. Windows are screwed in with grey galvanized tek screws when the window frames are black. Fly screens are fixed in with double sided sticky tape and have since fallen out. He did not remove rubbish and he has left the exterior of our house with large holes.
