Canteen Pizza

First time visit today for brunch, great modern feel, location is excellent, plenty of indoor or outdoor seating, choice on breakfast menu has a good variety with prices acceptable and not " over the top".
Staff very pleasant and so is the food and coffee.
We will be back and can recommend this new business in a busy area of Applecross.

Great pizzeria in Perth. After a visit to Rottnest island and cycling the whole day, going to Canteen pizza was the best way to end the day. Fun vibe and friendly service. We ordered some starters and shared two pizzas. The dough is fantastic, so flavourful and you can taste the woodfire oven with every bite. The flavour of the dough shines through, even with the toppings added. The mushroom pizza was delicious, as well as the nduja burrata pizza. Of course you can't not have dessert, and the tiramisu is delightful. Highly recommend Canteen if you're looking for great pizza in Perth!

Canteen have been our favourite for a long time now and our affection for it reached new heights The food is always great, and the service ,specially Riley was very good in service We are always treated so kindly. We will continue to come back time and time again for dinner .

I love this place, special for the pizzas, for me the best.
It's a must to try the prosciutto pizza.
Burrata was a good choice as well.
We ordered oyster and garlic bread as an entree.
The cucumber cocktail was fresh and a glass of wine to go together it's always important too....
I highly recommend and try to book at the sunset, the view is amazing 😍

Absolute hidden gem serving the most delicious food and drinks by the most friendly and attentive staff. Will most certainly be back for more. Thank you so much for making our lunch such an enjoyable day out.

Great food, great interior design. Might take notes for my future house. The crispy potatoes are a blessing from heaven. I could eat 10 serves of them and be content without a worry. Pizza is good, not overly oily which is great coz I don’t need to chunder later. Haven’t tried the seafood options but may try them one day.

Best pizza in Perth. Have been waiting for them to reopen for months and they finally back🤤🤤!!!!

Been there for early dinner while watching the sunset over Cottesloe Beach. The special pizza was delicious but more importantly the stuff were amazing. Kind, friendly & took us through the menu. Big hugs from Djibouti

Perfetto Neapolitan pizza. The simplicity of the pizzas really lets you savour the deliciousness of each ingredient. The wonderfully fluffy yet crispy leopard-spotted crust (not "burnt" as one reviewer may have you believe, yikes).. That succulent, precisely balanced crushed tomato base.. Then all you need is some delectable creamy mozzarella to complete your pizza experience.
Honourable mentions also to the sourdough and cold cuts.
Service was friendly and attentive.

I used to frequent the Cott version of Canteen. I am so pleased to see that only the location has changed. Great attentive service and excellent food. I would highly recommend.

Went there for lunch and it was AMAZING.

The food itself was so delicious and the service was great too. The 2 ladies who served us and made our drinks were so lovely and said she made our drinks “with love”. Would definitely recommend :)

Loved the foods. First time trying didn't know making a booking for a woodfired pizza was so hard. However it was worth it I'd say. Pizzas were great 👍 but we loved the interior design, very well put together and makes the whole experience much more special. I'd definitely coming back with other companions next time, if I can make another booking lmao.

Canteen has it all: incredible woodfired Neapolitan pizzas (the Nduja and Funghi pizzas are a standout, but don't overlook the weekly specials); an extensive but approachable wine list; brilliant negronis; and convivial staff. Highly recommended.

This place is next level - great atmosphere in the heart of Applecross. True Italian pizza in Perth with the most amazing crust/dough - likely the best or at least in the conversation for the top pizza in Perth.

The pizza is impeccable as always, and this time I tried a seasonal cocktail on offer which was tasty and refreshing. Big thank you to our great waiter from Venice who gave me and my partner written suggestions on where to visit when we go in June, we will go everywhere you recommended! ☺
