Trudon - Paddington

After accidentally breaking my 2.8kg candle jar, a gift from a friend, I emailed Trudon. They responded within 3 days and offered to send me a replacement empty jar, free of charge. Today (4 days later), the jar arrived in perfect condition, fitting my candle beautifully. A big thank you for the excellent service and kind gesture! 🧡

After pointing out that I had not had replies from the Trudon Sydney on line store, they made contact with me and we have resolved the issues very amicably. The customer service team were understanding and agreed to swap out the product I had bought weeks before on line. ( not realising it was a Christmas item ) I am so happy with the outcome and wish them every bit of success in Sydney with this brilliant brand! Thank you Trudon Australia.

Fabulous experience and product

Trudon store, located just steps from Oxford St in Paddington is a welcome haven away from the bustle of gym-fit joggers and latté mums with strollers. On the occasion of our visit we were warmly welcomed by the shop clerk, a man with long dark hair and goatee beard, whom we felt was impeccably groomed and looked very 'Cire Trudon'. The store was meticulously clean and products well presented; we couldnt help explore. The assistant addressed our queries and walked us through products, demonstrating them and introducing us to new additions to the line.
We were delighted with our purchases, which were ribboned beautifully and accompanied with samples. We will most certainly return if we see this genuinely professional and engaging chap in there. His expertise makes a visit to the boutique a more valuable use of our time over visiting any of the lack-lustre Trudon concessions and resellers in the CBD.

Some wonderful premium scents (candles and fragrances), tastefully presented and packaged.
Have found the in-store service to be very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the products.

Lovely small shop, and amazingly knowledgeable staff. Bought a small gift set for Christmas.
It has been awhile since I've seen staff so passionate about the product they sell.

Excellent costumer service!

Bought large expensive candle $1100 and made mistake in the fragrance and now wanting to swap it over. No reply to my emails and been past the paddington store and they have advised me they cannot help. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from high end brand and will never order again from them if this is how they treat their customers .

I have sent a few emails without reply. Trying to telephone the Paddington store but no number.Why? I live interstate and wish to check the availability of a product. Not really impressed. Can anybody supply their telephone number please?
