Sushi Mata

A lovely restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the manager and staff called out to greet us.
We came at dinner time. The food was delicious and pretty fast in coming out after we ordered.

We ordered:
PRAWN TEMPURA(4 PCS),
MEDIUM TERIYAKI CHICKEN & AVOCADO ROLL,
SPIDER ROLL (8 PCS) and
SPICY CHICKEN MISO RAMEN.

The staff was quite friendly and the restaurant was bright and clean. We’ve eaten here before and the experience was just as good.

We recommend this place if you’re looking for a good sushi restaurant in Parramatta.

My kids love the tuna, chicken katsu, karaage, and teriyaki with avocado rolls. The staff have excellent customer service.

One can not do much to appease their hungry partner when they do not know what they want to eat, however when I stumbled upon this place I didn't expect what I got,
The staff were friendly and the taste of the fried chicken set my tastebuds alight with flavours, one can only think that they must marinate the chicken with the utmost care and love before they fry it. The sashimi was perfect and tasted very fresh, but the bento with the marinated beef was just as good with all those unique flavours.
I will definitely be coming here again.

Had a fantastic dinner here. Can’t wait to return. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Sushi was fresh & the staff were very polite. I appreciate how they place the upside down glasses on the napkin instead of the tabletop like other restaurants - very hygienic.

Finally a Japanese recommendation that isn’t on the other side of the bridge or gonna abuse your wallet. Stumble in to this local sushi heaven for all your desires to be satisfied. The spicy teriyaki chicken sushi, tempura vegetables, spicy edamame and spicy miso ramen are must orders. My boyfriend drags me back here weekly… and I’m not mad at it!

Cool & Fantastic Christmas dinner - We had 8 people dinner last night and everyone loved fresh and tasty foods. The place was also very clean and cool. The staffs were very friendly. Price was excellent and we are all coming back for more soon!

I ordered my lunch from Sushi Mata through Uber Eat and they sent me wrong food.

I decided to call them and told them about my order was wrong.

What happend next is they decide to deliver the food for me by theirselves.

My family had a wonderful time here. The food was nice and affordable, we could use the Dine and Discover vouchers, the staff were all friendly. The food came out really pretty quickly in its best quality and the interior of the restauarant was also new and lovely. We will definitely go back again soon!

I think this is the best sushi I’ve ever had. And I eat sushi pretty much everyday.. Rolls are huge and great value for $. Staff were friendly too. The nacho cheese bomb was AMAZING you cannot find anything like it anywhere else. Was in a rush so will definitely try more things next time. Wish i lived closer will definitely be back

Very tasty and fresh Sushi.
My first time in Sushi Mata and had their medium assorted Sushi for $20.50. 9 pieces of sushi and 4 slices of tuna sushi roll with avacado.
Very good Sushi and Sushi roll. Very fresh fish, good Sushi rice and good 'gari' ginger. Their wasabi was ok. Had to put alot on the get a good kick, so not really fresh horse radish.

Not very busy, easy to order food using phone. You can pay later with cash at the counter even when ordering over phone. Spicy teriyaki chicken was good. Gyoza is amazing, would recommend.

My favourite sushi restaurant in Parramatta! VERY affordable prices compared to other sushi restaurants I have been to, and the food is super delish! Also, the service is outstanding and everyone is always so friendly! Love coming here when I’m craving a casual sushi night!

Very tasty Bento Box. Plenty to eat and excellent value. Plenty of seating and good for early dinner before a show at Riverside theatre.

Wandering around Parra and came across this little gem tonight. My wife and I love sushi and all Japanese food, and my son is a sushi monster. Mr 2 ate everything at the table and kept going back. Didn't take photos of beef yakiniku don, but it was fantastic. Highly recommend, the service was amazing and food came out fast.
