I had a terrible start with building and this company. The admin staff, the gallerie team, the follow up, all rotten.
One hand not talking with the other. This hindered construction when it came time. I have made multiple email complaints.

This changed when I got a new Site Supervisor Brad Di Blasio. Brad started and my build was already going but had stalled and there were multiple issues. Brad took the time to hear my concerns, listen to what had happened throughout and what I was worried about still. Brad talked me through everything, showed me things when I didn't understand, followed up what he said he would, updated me and always answered all my questions.
If it weren't for Brad taking over, I may not have been able to move into my home in Feb. I only wish I had him from the beginning of my build, and I would not have had the timeline of permanent stress.
5 Stars given due to the way Brad was able to change my situation.
I still believe that processes need to be improved with the start of the build process and the gallerie team could actually guide new customers and make helpful suggestions instead of ticking boxes and not pointing out things that would be better if a slight change was made for flow or ease of life. (new customers don't always understand how to read plans or know what to look for)

The Building Supervisor we had was amazing. He is an exceptional Supervisor and a credit to his profession and Colleagues as well as AHB Group. He kept us well informed at every stage of the build and addressed all of our concerns.

My experience with the front office, customer liaison officer and their service offer has been excellent. Definitely recommend the builders to those looking for economical, efficient and quality builds.

Currently at the end of our build, and one thing we would note would be that building a house will always have ups and downs, regardless of which builder you choose.
Building with Sherridon has been an overall positive experience with many highlight, even with the usual delays in building.

We had a great experience in the sales phase - Ash was magnificent in handling all of our requests for information, quotes and advice. The process was quite simple and no major issues really occurred. The large range of floorplans and the value for money was also quite apparent, which made the sales process even smoother.
Making our choices of colours etc at Gallerie was one of the biggest highlights of our build, and Ayla and the crew were absolutely fantastic in helping us with everything!

Pre-construction was a little bit more difficult, given the extended wait times to get to site - however, the majority of this can be explained due to the pandemic causing excessive delays. Communication by email wasn't always as easy as it could have been, but given how busy building companies have been during and post-pandemic, this is easy to understand.

Once at site, construction itself has mostly been great - watching the house stages being finalised has been a wonderful experience for us. As with every build, there have been a few issues that have needed to be rectified - even though these have been difficult to overcome, our extremely nice and knowledgeable Site Supervisor, Esad, has worked extremely hard to ensure the process to rectification has always been moving forward. Despite some delays, he has also been able to build the house in excellent time (the house has gone from site cut to near completion in about 7 weeks, which has been very impressive). Esad has also been consistent in updating us on the build, despite his busy days, and so he is clearly quite passionate about building and helping customers achieve their dream of having a home built. The quality of materials used also appears to be high, making for a beautiful-looking house, inside and out.

Overall, I would recommend Sherridon Homes, and in particular Ash and Esad, as they have worked extremely hard to build our home and have provided us with many highlights throughout the build.

Our overall experience was good with a couple of hiccups throughout the build which i believe is expected with any builder. During the first few months we had the site manager change multiple times which was quite frustrating but since October, it was handed over to Brad which was a blessing in disguise. Brad is very professional and exactly knows what he is doing. He was very approachable till the build was complete and responded to all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. If it was only for Brad I would have given a 5 star but because of the overall experience rating it a 4.

So my experience started with nothing but delays and a long wait time with the admin staff precontruction. Almost thought about loosing my deposit. But then came my site supervisor Chris cristaldo he was honest with his time frame and would be all the way and made me ending experience so much pleasant with them, I would only use sherridon again if Chris is my SS again

DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS BUILDER!

We have been waiting over 12 months for our 3 months defect inspection as we have a large amount of issues especially with roofing. We now have mould growing in our roof which they are refusing to address as this falls out of the 12 months warranty. How convenient Sherridon homes.
This company is a joke. do yourself a favour and stay far away from this builder

I have been waiting for more than 27 months for escalate my 3 months warranty issue. I was calling and emailing every week but no response. Terrible experience. Already made complaints but they don’t worry about feedbacks unless you pay your invoices on time.

Now don’t come here and say leave your valuable feedback in customer help centre. Already done it long time ago

Absolutely horrendous experience. They ignored our inspection reports. We were yelled at and sworn at to sign over the house even though it was defective. We had nails coming through floor boards as they didn’t complete our slab correctly and needed to hold up the floor boards. security doors fell off it’s tracks and landed on my daughters foot cutting it open. They kept putting in back up and it kept falling off. Our garage wall filled with water and leaking through the plaster completely flooding our garage destroying our property we had stored. Our floor level was defective which caused doors not to close properly and gam shut trapping my daughter in a bedroom multiple times. There’s honestly too much to mention. The way they dealt with repairing our home was horrible. They lied manipulated swore abused and abused us. Including multiple managers. We finally got help going through dbdrv. We had to move out of our home and sleep on blow up mattresses for close to 6 MONTHS in a rental property with none of our furniture as it was stored in our garage. They told us it would only take them 3 weeks that’s why we agreed to it!!!. No sympathy for us or the situation they put our young family in. It was horrible with especially for our two young children. After waiting so long for them to repair the defective work in accordance to our dbdrv agreement we ended up paying for the final repairs to our home in order to sell it and move on from this horrible experience. It was meant to be our family home where we raised our family but after the abuse and horrible experiences we endured we just needed to sell it and move on.

The worst experiences services. After spending many months just before construction start they ask 11k extra. I agreed and paid. Post construction plenty of issues highlighted on handover day and within 4 weeks. The issues was highlighted on 19 sept but till date nobody has even discussed or inspected issues. It’s been 7 months and No discussion and fix of the single issue.

This One star for customer service representative as per his commitment and service, but truly overall not satisfied with the site supervisor. I will not recommend to someone because final stage almost took 6 months to complete, as well as delayed in handover time too.

Hi I have A leakage Issue At My 4 Years Old House.I Am Chasing them Every week. They Keep Telling Me Go Through Your Insurance. But Why I Need To Go Through My Insurance. I Need to pay for claim them my premium goes up. Worst Experience Better Organise And Fix This Issue As Soon As Possible or else i need to take it further.

Had 6 month warranty inspection done in December, still yet to complete all issues, Warranty team supposedly reached out to the render late April, have not had any correspondence from the renderer and i am constantly having to call the office as they don't respond to my emails. Sit on hold for 10 mins and all i get from the phone call is we will follow up the renderer

Disgusting post handover service, have tried to work with the warranty team and be understanding but this is unacceptable

I am now pushing close to 12 months since handover...

Update, after waiting 4 months from the electrician to the rendering patch, after being told their best ‘renderer’ is super busy and that’s who will be coming

I got a Sherridon Supervisor come to fix the hole and the result is disgusting

Paint doesn’t match and the hole is still visible

I expect a Sherridon representative to contact me tomorrow before this turns into a legal issue
I’m done with the lies and excuses

Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional....never expected this amount of uneducated people for what they supposed to be doing.
Our "new" home was damaged. Carpets cut and painted, blinds painted, floorboards broken. You coud put hand in between carpet and wall...changed window because their architect made it wrong and so on...
At the end we were nicely asking for them to fix but no. They ignoring the problem that is so obvious and with photos as a proof. Nothing. And this is just some of the things. Not to mention we were waiting them because they change staff and than they dont have documents becuse someone else didn't do it and so on.....Overall, they are so rude and they yelling, cutting line in the middle of conversations.....
STAY AWAY if you want to build look somewhere else.

Avoid This builder if possible, even if you have to sacrifice initial deposit or regret rest of your life building with them. The quality and workmanship is worse than a handyman service.

Trust me if your considering building through these muppets I strongly urge you to definitely look elsewhere

Please....it will save you alot of stress!!

And don't try and get them back to fix anything that breaks the first week you move in they have no clue on how to respond to emails
,phone calls or texts.
Uneducated,incompetent morons.
Should report you to consumer affairs for pretending to be a business 😡😡

After the sales tender service, the care and communication provided by the Head Office ‘Customer Service Team Leader’ has been appalling. I have had to identify multiple errors made by the drafting team when it should be their job. This has immensely delayed my construction process and to date, no steps have been taken to expedite and correct these errors within a timely manner let alone any responses or communication. I currently am continuously waiting and chasing this matter. Please keep this in mind when choosing Sherridon Homes. My prior experience with Henley Homes was smoother, less stressful and definitely more professional. Given the previous reviews and responses, I fully expect a generic response to a customer service link rather than addressing my actual concerns, further proving my point.
