The Dynamic Duo who actually help you out and give you outstanding advice , not some bullshit others would tell you because they want to make money, these guys are bang for the buck, will recommend the best of the best in your price range. Fantastic store with all your musical needs. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I have no clue when it comes to instruments, strings and what not but the staff member that helped me made me feel comfortable with the knowledge that I was getting what I needed. They also gave me information on different levels of quality and price Rangers so I could still choose without having to worry I was being taken for granted. I come out of the store with a smile on my face and everything I needed to get.

I called to ask for Yamaha Acoustic guitars and E Drum Amps and spoke to their staff Shane. He is very patient in answering my questions, he provided good options as well. Good customer service. 2 Thumbs up! I heard their store from a friend who bought Yamaha APX guitar and my friend is happy on the deals he got, will surely go down to see their store in the near future.

Just purchased a Yamaha DGX660 in White, the pedals and a wireless usb. The new model came out just as I ordered they had no stocks in white of the old model so they offered me a black or I could wait and get the new model just released from their first shipment. I chose to wait and pay the extra to get the new model. It was sent out by courier on the day that they advised and everything arrived safe and sound. Their customer service was very helpful and although I live two states away I felt safe buying from the online. The product I had researched online and is excellent value for money. Exceptional good quality. Assembling the timber stand was easy, clear instructions and a quality item so no issues with screws not fitting etc. I'm over the moon with the product and service and will definitely deal with them again in the future. Would highly recommend them. This item is not sold locally so I would not have been able to get it without the convenience of their online store.

I had ordered my digital piano Yamaha P105 from them on the 15/4/15 and received it the next day. Very pleased with delivery time and not only that the piano itself arrived in good shape.
