Really good practice. Convenient, well resources. Support staff, nurses are knowledgeable and friendly.
Dr. Guy Abell is an excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable and clearly priorities high quality care.

Dr Kelly Verdouw is the most amazing, knowledgeable and empathetic doctor I have ever visited. She goes out of her way to help you.

I have been attending Sorell Family Practice since 2017 As I am now moving toward mid-70s, I am conscious that things which would not have bothered me before need to be identified and action taken.

The doctor who usually looks after me is Tom Roach. I have found Dr Roach to be very thorough in his questioning and analysis of my condition. He records my concerns and follows up any query with the appropriate specialist. He is a very good doctor and I look forward to seeing him in the future.

I telephoned the Sorell Family Practice to arrange an appointment with my chosen family doctor Dr Bryan Normandin. A friendly and efficient front counter staff member helped me obtain an appointment as a result of a cancellation.

Upon arrival I was immediately greeted at the front counter and waited 30 seconds or so due to an existing telephone enquiry being dealt with. The appointment was on time.

As usual, my chosen doctor delivered timely, empathic and effective communication, coupled with thorough diagnostics and reasurring treatment, despite me presenting with multiple issues on the day.

Service charges and Medicare reimbursement were immediately dealt with at the front counter in a prompt and friendly manner.

I prefer and have absolute confidence in this particular practice to resolve any health issues I may encounter.

I am very happy and satisfied with my treatment I receive at Sorell Family Practice.
The staff or receptionists are so accommodating and welcoming.
The facilities are great and waiting times are very reasonable.

Dr Marissa Harper is a wonderful and caring doctor. She never makes you feel rushed, and takes the time to listen thoughtfully. I have every confidence in the service provided by her in particular and the service in general.

I had a full body skin scan today. All the people at Sorell Family Practice were great. We're very lucky to have such a good service so close to home.👍👍
