Down in Esperance from Perth for a quick holiday and the team at Dudley Newton did a quick fix on my glasses to stop the arm falling out and straighten the frame.

I was greeted by a lovely, friendly man, whom I presume was Dudley. Both arms on my glasses had lost their screws, I asked if they could replace them, which was done promptly, I asked how much I owed him and was asked to leave a review.
If only there were more businesses where there was great, friendly customer service and wasn't just about making money. I know it wouldn't have been a lot but have been charged previously for this kind of service at another local place.

What a genuine small town friendly service! I called by whilst on holidays in Esperance as my sunglasses needed tightening. These guys very generously went out of their way to fix them on the spot at no charge. Damo and the gang are legends! Best optometrist in Esperance. Every time I visit they go above & beyond to provide the best care and service. Damo always takes the time to ask how I am and how my kids are and helps find me step out of my comfort zone to find the perfect frames. Popped in to ask if they would reaffix the spectacle arm which had become detached. Had the screw, yet this was replaced by a new one by Damien and readjusted what are my *driving glasses*. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. A delight! Asked to leave a review and very happy to do so. 5*

I went in with my broken pair of sunglasses which weren’t originally purchased from this optometrist and ended up leaving with them repairing the nose grip, tightening the screws and cleaning the lenses all for free, all while being kind and courteous.

Remarkable service with a smile. Definitely recommend paying them a visit if you require anything optometry related.

Great service...I am traveling from the UK and managed to sit in my specs...called in to see if they could help and Cayden very kindly immediately fettled them back into shape...at no charge! ...I did inist on leaving ab RFDS donation....very grateful and great service...also really good choice of frames btw!

I had to leave esperance for work reason before to get my glasses back and I got them shipped to my new place without an extra cost.
