Metrolec electrical and air conditioning

I am so relieved and happy to find Pete at Metrolic Electrical; he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in sorting out the incredibly complicated electrical problem at our rental property. I called, and he was there in a flash. He even left his generator overnight for the tenants. (Who does that)? I have never had an electrition that treats clients like that well.

Due to an issue with a low voltage zap in the shower I called one of the big franchises and payed $149 for a quote, only to be quoted $1000 for further "investigation" despite being told its most likely one of two problems... This didnt add up so I didn't go ahead.

I got in touch with Pete from Metrolec and was given honest advice which mind you, didnt lead to acquiring any of his services! I referred the issue to SA Power and they confirmed the issue is with the grid and not related to my premesis.

Pete helped me dodge a bullet and unnecessary repair work.

An exceptional and dependable 24/7 Emergency Electrician Service in the Barossa area. Peter has been our electrician for the B&B property for several years. Consistently available at all hours, he has guided both us and our guests through various troubleshooting tests over the phone.

If the issue persisted, he promptly made on-site visits without charging for the initial call. We are 100% satisfied with Peter's services—efficient, high-quality work, reliability, and all at a reasonable price.

Peter went above and beyond to fix our electrical issues outside of hours (11:30pm!) with great patience and kindness. He even followed up the next day to make sure the issue was still resolved - amazing service! We would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had. After 5pm on a Friday afternoon. Pete was available immediately over the phone to help. He was ready to come out but wasn’t required as he helped me through which turned out to be an easy fix.

I rang Pete regarding replacing 4 double power points in my kitchen and supplying and fitting LED down lights. I was happy with the products used (the down lights are stunning!) and surprised to learn that you can get different color power points! now the power points match my appliances! thanks again Pete.

Excellent service from Pete. Unfortunately our problem was our very old air conditioner but Pete put us in touch with Duane at Merretts Air Conditioners and our probkem was expertly resolved!

Pete and the team at Metrolec came out at late notice, were friendly and personable, and did an amazing job.

They installed a full air-conditioning system in our townhouse, after 2 other people said it couldn't be done.
