We were really appreciative of Scott having no issue with explaining clearly the process before commencing. His quick diagnosis and logical approach was awesome.Without a doubt one of the best mechanics I have ever come across. Absolutely great service from Auto Smart
Diagnosed and rectified fault in 30 mins that was caused by another company not re-installing fuel sender unit correctly. Other company installed it 90 degrees out of alignment which caused son to run out of fuel as gauge did not go below 3/4. Had them come back prior to contacting Auto Smart and all they said was I needed to spend another $450 for a new sender unit 🤬

Booked Auto Smart for an 11am appointment the next day. Matt texted me when he was on the way, he was on time, and did a fantastic job inspecting the car for pre-purchase. He talked me through the report and everything (including high quality photos) were sent to my email very quickly. Liza in the office was lovely and very helpful also. I was recommended Auto Smart by a friend, and they certainly lived up to the recommendation. Luke and the team are friendly and knowledgeable, and also very accomodating. They did a logbook service on my car and were happy to do so at their workshop instead of my house. They also provided me with a loan car for the day.
