The ladies in the centre were amazing. The museum beside it is fantastic. But the Understory walk was like being in another world. It is a must do.

Was very happy with the service, enjoyed the trail out the back and fantastic art works in the gallery. Also a big thanks for the 24hr RV park, we spent money in most stores and enjoyed the tavern.

Traveled down from Manjimup for the afternoon. Kids (12 & 9) were reluctant to go, but loved it. Great walk plenty of art & had a lot of fun trying to find all the heads in the trees. Well worth a visit.

Great local information about this beautiful area. Understory art in nature is adjacent, it is the best gallery tour I have ever done. Absolutely worth the $10-8 entry fee. We rushed through because it was getting late in the day and it took us 45min. Great for kids too, send them off to find the next piece of art.

Thanks for the free overnight stop in the RV bays, it meant I could visit more of the surrounding attractions the next day, and spend more time (and money) in town. More towns around here need to catch on that a lot of folks just passing through don't want to spend the money to stay in a caravan park just to sleep one night. If you do visit and stay overnight, please try to adhere to the 4 vehicle limit, to help these folks keep their permit.

My mum and myself came the visitor center especially for the Understory Art and Nature Trail. We came through during the winter so we were the only ones walking the trail; although,we did get to see a few unusual and different fungi along our walk. The art pieces were a magical part of the scenery, they really capture the imagination.

It is a 1.2km walk, however, we ended staying for an hour roaming the trail; there were approximately 46 or so individual pieces to see.

This is a beautiful location to visit when your down south, you need to come along.

The Visitor centre is a very welcoming place with good energy and very friendly and helpful staff.

Understory - Sculpture Forest Art, is an amazing exhibit of work by talented artists from all over the world. It is in the forest adjacent to the Visitor Centre (a fee of around $13 per person) spread over a 1.2 km circuit.

A must visit and worth a detour . There are a couple of Falls that are worth seeing as well as 3 Giant Fire (lookout) trees that can be climbed.

Nicely little visitors centre. The art walk behind it was a nice surprise. You've really got to keep your eyes open for different parts of each installation / sculpture.

Very helpful and informative, had everything we needed. They even had some bike tyre tubes for sale, which is handy in a mountain biking area.
